    The Hill

Perhaps if those that did go to the ground weren't treated with the disdain that they are.. they may be more receptive to joining in the protest. I don't necessarily mean outside of the ground, but on social media especially.

More help from the real Dons

The idea of fix football isn't just that though is it? The driving force behind the majority of problems in football is money. TV revenue is the driving force of everything. That is what has brought the Glazers, Vincent Tan, SISU and everyone else into the game. As fans we are happy to take...

More help from the real Dons

I really think we should drop the 'fix football' tagline. It does nothing to illustrate our particular predicament, as well as being a throwaway phrase that lacks definition and substance. 'Bring us home' is far more pertinent IMO.

3 Critical Days in the History of Coventry City

Are you saying 5000 people outside of our former home on a matchday when we are playing at Sixfields won't generate more interest than 50 or so on a hill? A lot of people gave up the fight years ago, long before SISU and our catastrophic move to Sixfields. The evidence of that is that if we did...

3 Critical Days in the History of Coventry City

Far more notice would be paid if all the people that won't go to Sixfields turned up at the Ricoh at the same time. Organise it properly...let some people in the media know. If 5000 (maybe even 10000) turned up to the Ricoh in one go that would make one hell of a statement.

    1st game last season

You are comparing the teams when actually it was the 3rd game last season (2nd in the league). I believe Webster did not play against Crawley certainly. Who's to say by next weekend we won't have another 2/3 players?

Revenues - how much are they worth?

Charlton are in complete control of their stadium. Even is we didn't sell our rights to them we would have only ever had 50% of it. You're trying to suggest two situations are similar when they are worlds apart.

Revenues - how much are they worth?

Their deal is direct with the club... Not some stadium management company.

Revenues - how much are they worth?

It was based on a non-payment of rent.

Revenues - how much are they worth?

So the principle of the club bring screwed out of match day revenues it basically generated sits fine with you?

Revenues - how much are they worth?

Clearly McGinnity and Robinson. Otherwise their 300K would have come out of the figure calculated today.

Revenues - how much are they worth?

On rent - fair enough. But other revenues???
  20. Ian1779

Revenues - how much are they worth?

Not really... Having a guarantor on the rent deal is one thing because of the instability of your tenant. 'Forcing' someone to be a guarantor on 'other revenues' goes to show how little they thought of the club and it's future development.
