That will be the researchers. Moronic individuals paid to do a job and couldn't get it any worse!

    Portsmouth Match thread

Pompey have been awful all season but they have gathered themselves up and pulled it around of late and been getting some results. We on the other hand have lost our top two scorers and top two defenders to injuries and that compounded by a new manager who wants the team to learn his ways at...

By the way who we playing tomorrow?

Difficult to remember we actually play football!:(

If we really have left the ricoh,

They are no longer tenants. they will remove themselves. Now (and according to reports) ACL will allow them in to play their games while the whole process moves forward which presumably will be a new negotiation with CCFC Holdings? If that does not materialise then they will play elsewhere as...

    Clever move by SISU

Please explain what you 'see through it' exactly??

    Clever move by SISU

How so? They got consent from the football league before they decided on their course of action.

SISU apologists seem to be looking uncomfortable !

Why is it so difficult to understand? CCFC LTD were effectively placed in admin by SISU. That company owed the rent money to ACL. The CCFC Holdings are a seperate company that are solvent, hold the golden share and will continue trading.

SISU apologists seem to be looking uncomfortable !

I understand your frustration but this is not about sentiment. Ive made plenty of comment on here that is about facts not sentiment. I dislike sisu being in control of ourfootball club but they have improved a lot since the introduction of fishers team. They arecdoing what is good for themand...

    Sky Blues Trust

Al this was made public yesterday. Ccfc holdings operate the football club. As acl barrister said this morning they need time to understand how ccfc ltd can get admin when they have no assets? They get to try and shake that down on tuesday. But the horse has already bolted!

    Sky Blues Trust

Nothing happens nick...we are not in admin. Ccfc ltd has no assets. That entity owe the rent money. Now acl wont get it. Ccfc holdings continue unabated even play their football team at the ricoh - for now. The phone in tonight was silly...i almost called in. Maybe i will after tuesday...

Judgment on points from FA crucial

The FL had already agreed that CCFC holdings could play at an alternate ground to complete their fixtures. That's significant because it implies that CCFC holdings have the golden share and are trading. My thought is that would mean the FL would have difficulty imposing a points deduction on a...

Big, bigger the biggest balls....who dares wins.

I think it's too late for ACL to have any material effect on CCFC Ltd that has already passed into admin. Their argument may be that this company has no assets to place in admin and therefore seek to have that overturned. I'm no legal expert but doubt that very much but as I have stated before...

Big, bigger the biggest balls....who dares wins.

ACL must have been flapping all over the place at the hearing this morning. They do accept that it's a pointless exercise locking the football club out of the Ricoh. Funny how once you are slapped down a bit you come back more conciliatory? Not saying this is over by any means. Tuesday's hearing...

Big, bigger the biggest balls....who dares wins.

I warned some weeks ago that there was an underbelly to all this that we had not yet seen. Well now you see it. SISU have big balls I give them that. But lets for a moment look at this objectively... They have agreed with the FL who have accepted the company ACL are after in court in the...

    American investors

Lets not start 'American' bashing. I lived and worked there in the early 90's and again 2001 - 2008, raising my children there too. Ironically that was in Texas. I would rather be there than here (certainly Texas) and much prefer the optimism of American's than any other culture to take our...

New Leeds owners looking to sell already...

The sort of money Leeds are looking for would get us and probably the Ricoh! Imagine the rich Texan having a modern stadium, no need to rebuild anything, the site development and a football club big enough for the top league all for one price. ;)

    OK fellow footy pollsters....

Will you two stop bickering? ACL have applied to the court for a hearing to try to get the club (CCFC) declared 'insolvent'. Please understand the legal process step by step. You could read what I said above too...;) There are no 'guarantees' of getting what you want in the courts.

    Just suppose a minute ..

Re branding does not affect the history. It's a commercial exercise. New kit, new nickname, new abstract lettering on the Arena or whatever. That's all it is. I'm for it big time. Jimmy Hill did it so why not again? Time for change in this area. Certainly drop the insipid Sky Blue kit and...

    OK fellow footy pollsters....

Again....there are some on here who clearly have no sense or understanding of the legal process. ACL's actions in bringing their petition to court is to find the club insolvent (CCFC) and in doing would lead to the appointment of an Administrator. They would run the club while trying to...

    OK fellow footy pollsters....

I don't see it that way. It's CCFC because that is the entity which ACL are taking to a hearing and not SISU. Not withstanding the fact SISU hold the purse strings.
