    A Date Apparantley Set

oh and you don't think SISU (whichever comapny it concerns at least) would not appeal the leagues decision and take that to court? The precedent for points deductions is not exactly all too clear in a legal sense. certainly challengable. New precedents may have to be set.

    A Date Apparantley Set

Apparently even if the hearing results in admin the football league must convene and that was stated somewhere will not be before the close season. So ACL will have got that wrong. Likely we get more points deducted at the start of next season. It's a punishment from the league and as such...

With admin happening and us losing 10 points

....just to add: What I'm saying is ACL are trying to smoke them out and making a very poor job of it. If they succeed the aftermath may be so great in the public domain that their very own credibility will be trashed...and that's not just in the eyes of 30,000 or so supporters but among the...

With admin happening and us losing 10 points

Regardless the point is the hearing has to take place first. Have any of you ever had court proceedings? Particularly business ones? There are avenues that will get in the way of any points deduction this season if ACL even get their wish at a hearing and the outcome they want eventually. The...

I long for a fresh start....

28th March. Won't happen on this season if the scenario even happens at all. ;)

I long for a fresh start....

Some of you actually want the club to fall into admin or worse for the sake of an argument over back rent? You all agree ACL's actions could not wait till the close season to sort it out? Why now? Why this moment? What's the rush for a company who delight in telling us they are now...

    ACL start admin proceedings

Well firstly it's an application that will require a hearing. There are a lot of circumstances that can be argued from SISU's viewpoint too. It's also a bit of 'calling the kettle black' a bit on ACL's part isn't it? They seem by this action to be taking the stance that it will somehow be...

Mcsheffreys Sky Blue career must be over............

Sheffs role is different from the one he use to have. That must be remembered. He has not been brilliant at all but has contributed much more than you might think becuase so many are blinded by what they think he should be achieving. having said that overall he has been at best average and I...

Clarke out for the rest of the season

It never rains over Coventry City it pours  It's a big blow tbh. Even I find the play offs less likely without Clarke. He scores goals - simple as that. Not sure about emergency loans though? Embargo or not? But then who? I'd put a centre half up there and bash the opposition for...

    Upbeat / Downbeat

That's interesting Col. I would say though the gap between the top 10 this season is much more than in recent seasons. That's why I still think it's possible and combined with everyone's remaining fixtures too where many play each other in that top group ahead of us.

Would it effect your working performance

It would affect me yes...for 5 minutes. ;)

We can move within 3 points of Yeovil if we win on Saturday

...careful Otis it sounds like you think we might make the play offs. ;)

    Torchomatic on radio

I think if I bothered to phone this woeful show i would indeed use my username so all could recognise who it was. I might just try that...;)

    Upbeat / Downbeat

I take it then Col. and Otis you both agree we will not make the playoffs? OK but some of us still believe it's very possible. I can't be as certain as you guys yet, that's all. ....don't be changing your minds with those flip flops now after the next game. ;)

    Upbeat / Downbeat

Still very much in the mix tbf. Tonight was weak at best. They look tired in need of a rest but it's the same for all teams. Can we untilise our larger squad now and cash in? Hmm not so sure about that but we do have Bell who for me should have featured tonight. We can't be hanging around...

    Clarke

It didn't sound too good from Pressley did it? I think without him O we may find it difficult to make that top 6 push. His goals have been vital Cody can't cut it at this level I don't think and pressley's optimism is of a guy who has not ben here very long to me.

SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

All sides are complicit in this debacle to date. The only fact that needs to be realised here is that a solution is evident but the players are all as stuborn as each other it seems. SISU are and have been ruthless in the way they have conducted themselves but at the end of the day while that...

There's A Vital Match Tonight and We Are Still Arguing Over Ricoh - Thanks SISU/ACL

So we appoint a new manager that has gone through a long process and given him guarantees, a 3.5 year contract and we are possibly heading towards the play offs and a chance of promotion but we now say within a week that we may file Admin or liquidate the club? Scaremongering to the extreme...
