Guy on twitter claims to have a reply from league confirming Otium have been rejected

A CVA is basically what you're going to pay back. If the only creditor (apart from SISU related companies) is ACL and they are paying them in full I guess that removes the need for a CVA, or maybe there will be a CVA but the only people who need to agree it are SISU.

    The cracks are appearing

depends, at the moment the current administration hasn't finished. At a guess Otium aren't taking us out of admin until they have it confirmed they are getting the GS. Lets assume they don't then we are still in the same administration with PA in charge and he can select a new preferred bidder...

    Why would?

to answer you need to know what the possible outcomes would be. i guess if the council are found to be at fault SISU could sue the council and / or ACL. the other possibility is if ACL have to pay the money back they have a huge problem, would be very open to a takeover then and I wonder who...

That's my point, ACL are only saying we can play there while in admin. if SISU don't make other plans and then ACL won't talk to them we can't complete our fixtures. A clear statement from ACL puts the ball back in SISUs court and would leave them having to refuse to play at the Ricoh where at...

What about a scenario where we come out of admin the day before the season starts and SISU have assumed ACL will allow them to play at the Ricoh only for ACL to say no you can't and SISU don't have a contingency? ACL has to make a statement clarifying their position. We can all jump up and...

Very simple, a statement saying they will allow any owner, including SISU, to play the 2013/14 on the same terms as the last 3 games of last season as a temp arrangement giving them 12 months to agree a permanent new deal with the owner. They should also make a statement on if they will...

Anyone who's ever been involved with market research will tell you all about phrasing of questions to push towards the answer you want. Can't remember what the initial question was that approved the Trusts course of action but I do recall thinking it wasn't the most balanced question! If I...

how do these votes work? Do you need a certain % of all memebers of the trust to vote in favour of something or just a majority of those who respond? If it's the later what % of total membership voted that the trust should refuse to speak to SISU in the last vote?

This is not good from the trust. while the obviously don't have to stay neutral they are increasingly becoming a SISU out protest group. A supporters trust should not be a protest group, sure they can take a stance against the owners or anyone else for that matter but in doing so they should...

Walker - City Supporter Survey Results Will Be Out

results will be out of date now anyway. don't think the forums had the result they hoped and i would suspect if they did the survey again the results would be even worse for them.

Companies Act Section 441 and 551

SISU may be experts as law but that doesn't mean they can just break the law if they feel like it! Also worth remembering that the burden of proof required by footballing authorities has been shown in the past to be lower than that required by a court of law. SISU don't have to be beaten in...

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

Don't pay in advance, drive past the big flashing sign telling you to turn right into the car park for your particular event and take the next right. then the first left is the NCP for the tube, always space if you're going for an evening event, that's £11. Or keep going on into the next O2 car...

I don't want to support SISU - but i don't want to kill CCFC either...

Surely if it was as easy as that and you could build a brand new stadium that gives you extra revenue but costs you nothing every club with a shabby old ground would be doing it? I would be amazed if CCFC end up owning this new stadium, only difference will be we're paying rent to a SISU...

You're going in the wrong car park! It's £7 for 4 hours in the O2 car park or £11 in the NCP.

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

bands that can fill stadiums will have the venue hired by their booking agent. smaller bands or other events that would be suitable for the jag hall will more often than not be paid events where the venue promoter (I would assume in our case ACL) pay a set fee for the event or band. Something...

At some point SISU will have to walk away. The worry is they are so stubborn they would kill us off out of spite before letting anyone else takeover.

    Nene Park - Reality?

if it's true that the utilities have been turned back on and maintenance is being done then it must be fairly likley its for us. if we do end up there I can only see one of 2 things happening. ACL eventually give in and we move back to the Ricoh or we end up there long term. First it will be 3...

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

It would be a flat fee to hire the stadium, for that ACL would be expected to provide some services such as stewarding, local crew etc. The hire fee is probably a lot lower than you would expect as there are way more stadiums wanting these events than there are shows to fill them. The areas they...

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

Or they could have a football team playing 20 plus times a year and as many concerts as they want in the close season (which is when stadium bands are touring) like other stadiums do. Why should it be one or the other? Besides that you would struggle to get 4 stadium shows a year, especially...
