quite common for a CVA to have a clause that people owed under a certain amount get paid in full. There surely must be a rule that if you're getting everything you're owed you either don't get a vote or can't vote against it.

from the sounds of the article the FL won't even start their process until they know the result of the creditors meeting. 2 weeks notice is required for that so we're already well in to July before the FL even make a start.

sorry, misunderstood you. you can't really come out of admin without a CVA however the key is if the CVA is accepted or not. If the sale involves a CVA that is not accepted by a certain % of creditors (75% rings a bell) then the sale can still go through but it becomes an unapproved CVA and...
