    According to Walsall manager...

It's similar to the setup at the Ricoh in that the club don't own the freehold but they do own the lease so I would assume any deal for us to play there would have to be made with WFC and if their manager has been told it isn't happening then I would be inclined to think he's right. They didn't...

Do Otium pass the Fit and Proper person's test?

I have no idea if legal action can be taken or not but I've said for a while the Trust really should be putting pressure on the league. It's one of the few things they can actually do that might have an impact. It's easy for the FL to send a cut and paste reply to individuals but if the Trust...

At which point do you personally switch off CCFC and to what degree?

feel the same, sometimes I wish I'd never set foot in Highfield Road when I was a kid. Sure my wife would agree as she has to put up with me being in a bad mood whenever we've lost or SISU / ACL / CCC have made another one of their statements. she won't even be in the same room now when the...

    ACL statement today apparently

all the statement says is still considering their options and repeats the can play free while in admin thing

At which point do you personally switch off CCFC and to what degree?

It's a tricky question. In some ways I wish I could just flick a switch and forget all about the club, there's certainly not much fun involved in being a Coventry supporter. Problem is, for me at least, it doesn't work like that. Not being local I can't get to a huge number of home games anyway...

    targeting advertisers & sponsors

SISU don't want to listen, the Football League don't want to listen so is it worth targeting advertisers & sponsors saying we will no longer use their services / products? Maybe if pressure starts coming onto SISU and the FL from them we might see something happen.

No Formal Discussion on Ground Share Yer

I think with a lot of statements you need to look at exactly what is being said. "no formal discussions" implies there has been informal discussions which would be the only type they could have with SISU as they haven't actually taken us out of admin. That statement could easily mean everything...

with another buyer there would be a CVA (either approved by the creditors or not, in the case of not then another points penalty) which would be a p in the £ however I remember reading of one club who paid 0.2p in the £ so your debt doesn't go but it is massively reduced and you don't have to...

Is it still down to the Administrator ?

well I suppose technically speaking we're still in admin so that offer is still there but I would assume having given SISU the preferred bidder status the administrator is assuming we will be out of admin before the start of the season and therefore it's not his problem.

    ACL is being very quiet

Without listening back to the forums I can't remember what he said but I do recall there was a we can't announce anything until something happens and that something might be exit administration which I don't think they've done yet. Can anyone remember what he said. Really don't want to have to...

CCFC ltd out of administration in 3 weeks

You could read it that way or you could read it as there's no valid lease anymore but we'll let you play here anyway for free while in admin. Why was there a requirement to have a seperate deal for the last 3 games of last season if there was a valid lease in place? The administrator surely...

    results of admin

Normally there would be a CVA which will be a p in the £ offer would be made but I'm not sure that's what's happening here. As far as I can work out the only debt is to ACL and that is being paid off in full. There then seems to be some sort of debt to equity swap, I would guess some or all of...

    ACL is being very quiet

They've either got a trump card they're holding or they're in a panic due to having SISU run rings round them. To be honest at the moment it unfortunately looks like the later. It's noticable that since the administrators made his choice there has been no statement from ACL saying they are still...

    PH4 to buy Ricoh

The way the deal was done, as in who was representing who and people being involved on both sides, doesn't sit well with me. There's been talk on here of side deals with associated companies getting other work at the stadium. To be honest, with the benefit of hindsight, the whole thing looks...

    Big clue tomorrow?

could get some mileage from the press with the low attendance, if the first game of the season is our lowest ever crowd that could get some attention.

    PH4 to buy Ricoh

My guess is that the rent arrears have been part of the issue, wasn't it reported at one point that an agreement was close but ACL wanted arrears in full and SISU wanted them at the new reduced rate? Sure I read that somewhere. If it's accepted that £1.2m is too high and £400K is reasonable then...

Football League chairman in SSN re CCFC

Is that right? I thought it was based on the forthcoming seasons predicated income and monitored by the FL to ensure it's realistic and being acheived?

    Takeover given go ahead

what happens if the FL accept them as new owners but then reject the plans for a groundshare as they don't believe the plan to build a new stadium?
