    The Football League

If they have pulled a flanker it will just mean the FL will change the rules again to ensure it doesn't happen again . Remember Fester went into admin wiped all their debts and faced no sanctions at all , it was only then the FL changed the rules.

Thanks for robbing me SISU and Council

Any agreement to move outside the home town of the club during a season must include free transport (FL) .I would say that would only include people who have already have tickets (ST etc )

If CCFC play at Walsall and Nuneaton play at the Ricoh under a new name.....

I hope your right. One question though ,where has all the hatred come from the last few weeks ? Wallsall are a team who we've hardly come across in my 47 years so i can't understand the comments about German bombers , Hitler having the right idea etc . Talking about putting the champagne on...

    The Football League

Who is to say it wasn't done a while back ? Personally i can't see the FL going along with this . The only thing going for us is that every bill (except the obvious) is being paid as normal. ACL are not the tax man or a football creditor so maybe the league may take pity. Southampton were not...

If CCFC play at Walsall and Nuneaton play at the Ricoh under a new name.....

They can hardly run the business they have now let alone a football club as well.

    Bloodbath

Over the recent past we all have debated the rights and wrongs ,who's to blame etc, some tending to lean towards one side or the other, but at this point we must all agree with this thread ! They are sitting around tables now planning how to destroy this club further. I hate them all with a...

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

Which was paid for by ccfc, long before the council got involved !

American property tycoon will move to buy Coventry if club slides into administration

    Fridays outcome?

tbh i dont have much of a clue about laws and regs about these matters , i just think the judge will say this is an issue about an outstanding debt (granted, its a large one) and pass it on to another court to deal with.

    Fridays outcome?

The judge will see sisu have the money to pay if they wish and therefore will not grant acl the administration they want. If it was a court case for the debt itself ,it would be a different matter. I personally think sisu will show the judge adequate funds to be trading.

    The Perfect Scenario...

Not disputing that coundon, but by having so many clauses on any sale of the stadium will make it almost impossible for anybody to buy. At the end of the day we want a successful football team on the pitch and not one famous for re-building a city. As things stand now not only are things at a...
