For the simple minded amongst us all, that is the equivalent of buying a family members house for 10k renting it back to them for 1kpm and telling them to get it back they have to pay the market price of 140k.

What would you do in the councils position?

Your right, and as i stated on another thread only money that was in the accounts on the day its frozen not anything after. Makes you think about exactly how long they have had this order ,did they know in advance of MR departure and compensation or were they just plain lucky !!

But without ccfc there wouldn't be a stadium either, in fact it would still have gas towers and a shithole surrounding area. Do you really think our council had the ideas and capability of that kind of re-generation, not a chance ! Did the council foot the bill for all the planning and...

    away tickets

You need permission to use money in the account at the point it is frozen, but any monies deposited after is not subject to the court order, so future away tickets shouldn't be a problem

Problem is they wont show anyone what they actually get for food revenues etc, if you cannot see the accounts how can you make a judgement.

Tim Fisher on Shane Oconnor 15 02 13

yes they could, but only if they want to be ripped off by our council and acl. People tend to forget the council were only meant to be custodians of the stadium not owners. How many other bits and pieces of info are missing i.e the proof of funds to regenerate the area further, why the hell...

    Terry Butcher for Manager?

TB, the man who was being paid to play as well as manage ,then decides after a few games to hang up his boots. That cheeky bstard took us to court and should never darken these gates again . We have probably just finshed paying him off

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

I would'nt worry about the Robins money, chances are its in one of sisus many accounts which isn't linked to ccfc

    Huddersfield confirm Robins in talks

He knew exactly what he was getting when he signed , I dont blame sisu in any way for this. No way can he carry on even if he doesn't take over at uddersfield. The man will now be in the same bracket as bellamy , absolutely feckin hated.

    Robins gone

Interesting to see if he is in the crowd at fester later. (If indeed he leaves )

THE PITCH - what has happened to it ??

Now if someone could answer that question we would at least have an idea to whats wrong. I reckon it is ccfc though (maybe).

THE PITCH - what has happened to it ??

. Our pitch has one of the best drainage systems in the country and i dont go for the rain ,snow etc we have had just as much in previous years . It is more than likely down to the amount of cash available for groundstaff and treatment of the grass. One man with a pitch fork and a lawn mower is...

    Missing

This city grew out of the motor industry and the mining work. People came here from all over the country to find jobs , when all that started to decline in the 70s so did the crowds. The same cannot be said of Norwich , without any figures to back it up i would guess most people at Carrow rd on...
