It seems the FL have been taken by surprise and it remains to be seen whether rules have been broken regarding this issue. The only hope i cling to is that normally (by my memory) teams are deducted points within minutes of entering admin,so maybe this is a first time they have encountered this...

I might be wrong but the biggest fact the FL look at, is the clubs ability to pay its football creditors,tax,wages,vat etc. I cannot say the golden share is a huge issue or not , but you are right grego i wouldn't think it has any monetary value at all .
