Fact 2 , ACL and CCC wont do a deal with anybody, Why would they ? If acl/ccc sell their share would that not mean the closure of ACL as a business ?

There will always be a reason why ccc will not sell, unless someone pays a ridiculous price for the stadium and agrees to re-build half the city for them they will not sell regardless of who wants it.

sky are reporting that basically the whole lot is in ccfc ltd , if this was the case the FL would already have deducted us by now. My guess is the ltd company was transferred but the timing of it is now the issue.

If they do then sisu have made a huge mistake by their actions last night. It was up to ACL to prove the need of admin , the judge may well have thrown the case out today. As i have said on other threads this is an issue about a rent disagreement not the ability to pay its bills.

But you will probably find sisu will now have ccfc holdings fully stocked, therefore giving any judge little justification to place it in admin.
