Right who's the next manager then?

My favourite would be Liam Rosenior

OFFICIAL: Mark Robins has been sacked

Feel a bit sick with the news. Something needed to change but I don't think the change should be Robins. Just hope now we don't get some arshole in.

I was very frustrated by Thomas. He could orchestrate the tempo, which he did, extremely slowly. He had acres of space to move into and pull people out of position but instead stood on the ball as if holding out for a 1-0 defeat!

Home defeat against a very poor quality team is not acceptable. That first half was shocking. There is no excuse for the languid tempo. Derby were first to every second ball. Our subs provided more creativity. Why did Sheaf and Eccles only start to go past players and progress the ball forward...

I don't think we can complain of time-wasting tactics when we are so ponderous in possession when the ball is in play! We need to show some urgency.

Well that was absolute garbage. Two poor teams and one wants it more. Why did we start off (and continue) at such a slow pace? No progression, no creativity. Van Erwijk gets beaten so easily when he presses. Thomas standing on the ball rather than getting it forward. Binks is the only one...

We were awful second half until the second goal. Looked like they were going to equalise. After the second we looked more confident and positive. The spaces they were getting with only 10 men was concerning. Can't complain with a 3-0 away win though.

Odd game. Don't think we have played particularly well but Boro surprisingly poor. Torp probably the pick of the bunch. Need to be really disciplined second half. Maybe DaSilva on for Rudoni after 60, purely due to the yellow. Also would like to see Bassette running at the that defence.

    Mason-Clark

Exactly. He has only started 4 Championship matches. He has adapted from non-league to League 1; so he needs some time to take it up a level. He showed against Blackburn that he can cause teams problems. Probably needs that first goal to give him more confidence. You could see the delight for...

    Mason-Clark

He does give us something different. He doesn't seem to be as quick as l thought, but he is very difficult to get the ball off with his strength and close control. I don't see him as a wing back - just don't think his defending is good enough. Shame we didn't buy Harrison Burrows to continue...

    Ball carrying centre halves

Latibeudiere was the same v Preston. Some really good, aggressive defending. He is one player who is willing to get hurt for the team. He is also pretty good in the air, despite his relative size. If he doesn't win the header he uses his body well to make it difficult for the opponent. I know he...

    Haji Wright

Today he played with more determination and it made a huge difference. It mirrored the rest of the team who for some reason were on it throughout. I don't understand why this isn't always the case.

I agree. Thought it was the best performance by a referee this season.

I think Sakamoto's first start in the central position was promising. It means he can move across the pitch and as we know he can cross with either foot. Despite his size he holds onto the ball really well, which really helped today. His energy also made a difference. He made some costly errors...

Wow. That's more like it. Rudoni was superb off the bench. Binks very good second half. Best performance of the season from Wright and Simms.

Bizarrely, that has to be our best first half of the season. Sheaf excellent, Simms and Van Erwijk much improved. Sakamoto at fault for penalty and slow getting out for second goal but he holds the ball up so we'll and links the play in doing so. Latibeudiere has had two cracking tackles...
