Decent performance. Type of play we have been craving for - quicker passing, pressing, movement and fluidity. Just need to be more clinical at both ends. Rhys Carr has done very well.

Think the first goal was not great for DaSilva, Thomas and Collins. DaSilva switched off for a moment and then outpaced, Thomas too slow and should have cut it out, and Collins could have been braver coming out to the ball.

So much more fluid in attack. We certainly aren't our usual predictable forward play. In the centre though we are giving Hamer far to much room to pick a pass. Bassette has been a menace to them. Just needs to be disciplined second half to keep our advantage.

Most manager interviews are. I just like the fact he isn't giving anything away which could be the case with someone standing up and trying to look clever. If his calmness rubs off on the team then that too may be helpful in building confidence.

What are the odds of Latibeudiere going in hard on O'Hare and being booked?!

If Carr has got this right, it will certainly raise his profile. Like the professionalism and calmness in front of the camera.

    Frank Lampard Rumours

I have changed my mind about Lampard. Can never be sure how an individual will fit but I think he will develop our young players. He has high expectations about commitment during games and training; and will have decent links.

    The Deck

He needs a rubber band for the deck, unless the new head coach uses the box

That was an interesting insight and fair play for being so open. I don't think many other clubs would have this. I never expected that Robins was behind Vivash leaving. Still would have expected a more positive send off for Vivash on the CCFC media though. If the players fitness is at premier...

    Mark Robins managing another team

I can see him at Luton or Norwich. Maybe even Southampton.

Very good point in the end. They showed some heart. Rudoni didn't have the best of games but great header, involved in the first and worked extremely hard tracking back.

Rhys Carr - Interim Head Coach

    Good substitutions, fair play

Wright has done his ankle ligaments there. Horrible

Not sure why Thomas-Asante is being singled out. At least he is challenging for the ball and pressing. Wright is being out muscled every time. There are occasions when he should get his body between the ball and defender and he doesn't. Noone is able to hold onto the ball in the attacking 3rd...

Van Erwijk and Thomas on their heals. Been okay up to then

Right who's the next manager then?

Research has been done on our signings and reaching peak performance etc. so it's not the be all and end all

Right who's the next manager then?

Hopefully it is isn't a condition for a new manager that he has to adopt the coaching team. That will put better candidates off. However, the cost to replace them maybe too much for Doug to consider.

Right who's the next manager then?

There are some names that fill me with dread. Why is Nicky Butt in the running? Alex Neil too.
