    I’ve been wearing thin socks lately. Had major blisters on the balls of my feet for months. Always wore thick socks, but 50miles in thin socks and they are finally disappearing.

    Everybody’s age seems to be 20. My vo2 is reading 46 though. I’m a lot fitter than I was and it’s only gone up by 1 point in the last 3 months.

    I’m normally around 20/30miles, this week has been exceptional. Had a remote gait analysis from my physio which has made a huge difference to my ability to run without injury.

    I did a half marathon today with a hydration pack. I stuck my phone in one of the straps and had it on loudspeaker. Worked really well for me. I don’t like things on my head or in my ears while running.

    Yup phone gps seems to be pretty poor. Weird as a couple of years ago I always used my phone and it was fine.
