I think the crowd's going to be really important for that game. If we are positive and supportive I think we'll drag the over the line to 3 points. Hopefully the anxiety over our injuries doesn't transmit into the overall atmosphere and create a downbeat mood. A new signing plus lots of lager...

I think the point is, whilst most can see (and I suspect, you too) that this is a big blow to the early season flair the team has produced; you seem to have taken the contrary view for reasons of a verbal joust (rather than reason). Curious - who are the four players we would miss far more than...

You may be right Wingy, but I hope that Lameiras doesn't suffer from the loss of his budding partnership with Maddison. Hopefully he will find others on his wavelength (Armstrong, Fleck etc). Fingers and everything else crossed!

I suspect this will affect the final spending of TMs budget. I'd be tempted to look for a Premier League academy/U21 youngster on loan, who plays in a similar style - especially if it's a 3 to 6 month deal
