The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

OK, some poetic license with the dates. That's not important; people didn't move in their hundreds of thousands in 1957 because they didn't need to. They need to now because of the poverty imposed by EMU.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

OK, so this is what I think; which I have stated before so you may recall. The EU wanted to be a economic superpower. And it decided to do that it needed a single currency. It implemented that without thinking through the consequences and so now the entirely predictable outcomes are very...

They are not related, don't be embarrassed. It's still the right decision IMO but there will be unpleasant people who reach the right decision for the wrong reasons.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

We are only in a predicament in the opinion of remainers. Why these seemingly unrelated rules? I have an opinion, which I've already shared. What reason do you give for them?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I distance myself from homophobia; racism; non-democratic behaviour; playing party politics with issues important for the whole of Europe and name-calling to replace empathy and reasoned debate. There shouldn't have to be a choice between hard and soft Brexit. We have a choice because comments...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

It's disappointing to see some leave supporters now behaving as badly as the remainers. There was some shadow cabinet Brown lookalike on the news this morning pointing out that you don't have to reveal everything; but let's go through the correct process.

    Terrible decision from Venus

Why would Nick include quotations not relevant to his point? (Not citing anything to avoid an eye-bashing)

Wouldn't do the horses - it's over too quickly and you don't get time to hedge a position.

    Betfair (bots)

I used to do this for about 3 years - laying and betting and picking up the spread. I focused on League Winner in the Championship and Leagues 1 and 2 because I discovered that on Saturday afternoons the market became less liquid and every club who won shortened significantly and then later...

    Mortgage advice

No reason to suspect you will pay more. Fixed rate mortgages are based off interest rate swap rates in the London derivatives market. They are calculated to be neutral against the market's expectations on future base rates.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I saw some people being racist the other day on Facebook. Was quite shocked as I hadn't seen it for decades; made me realise that I may live in a bubble. It wasn't anti-EU racism though - old fashioned 'your skin is a different colour' stuff.

    Mortgage advice

Fixed rates just now are tremendous value - as low as 2.5% for 5 years. I cannot see many scenarios where this wouldn't be the best option. I'm not sure I completely agree with the fear of Brexit or recession causing interest rates to rise - I think if anything it will see rates stay low or...

Yes, that could work as a tax fraud. An offshore entity charges an onshore one fees to create a loss. The offshore entity doesn't pay tax anyway and the onshore one evades it.

Nobody is saying it's your fault; we were just pointing out that if you'd dived with you arm outstretched you'd have had a better chance of saving it.
