Is the debt burden so huge for ACL considering the period of the loan? Debt burden v. Asset utilisation is a different issue.

Higgs case finally gets a mention. I thought the point of the higgs case was to bring into the public domain a load of stuff Sisu could use in this jr. Do we actually get to hear from any of the protagonists or is it Qcs only?

Surely the key to this is has ACL made its loan payments since they received the new loan? If they have then the loan is sustainable etc.

Deals can happen as soon as the season ends. Just most deals tend to be signed on July 1st as contracts tend to run july 1 to june 30.

It's a squad that won the league last year. Some of the blame has to go to the chief exec not being able to get players in last summer. But Januzaj apart it has been a side going backwards. If Fergie had stayed on they would have been more competitive and recruited better last summer.

Have any of the council's critics come up with a satisfactory explanation as to why the council is united in its stance? Isn't it unusual for all sides to agree on an issue particularly with elections coming up?
