"Name Your Price" says Ann Lucas

They put in 10 million in capital equity then received the 21 million in prudential borrowing. The 21 million was then cleared by acl paying a lease premium - which was done with the Yorkshire bank loan "taken over" by CCC.

    The alleged £320,000 matchday costs

I think it's irrelevant what the rent is . ACL could offer to pay SISU and they still wouldn't come back at the moment.

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

I can't see how they can have agreed a deal to buy the stadium as I thought both recent leaders of the council had said such a deal would have to be voted on by the whole council.

    If jr ges against ccc

How would they prove that they were forced out of the Ricoh? They were made an improved rental offer which they declined. They decided they wanted to move and had been threatening to do so before administration and the "bailout". If they had accepted the improved rental offer they would be...

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

"ACL are a sustainable business according to PWKH, ACL and the Council, so if that is the case why the need for the £14M bail out, they could afford the repayment cost and as Sisu have previously stated, they were negotiating a deal to purchase the Arena during the time the council stuck their...

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

Apart from matchday F&B what other matchday revenues were the club not receiving and to what value?

    Lucas denies rent free offer

Saddest part is that an offer has to be made via the football league rather than directly as relationship is so poor.

    Lucas denies rent free offer

Then why have SISU being complaining over the past 12 months or so that they were pissed off because in meetings with the Council the Council weren't prepared to discuss the sale of the freehold?

SCG Meeting Wednesday - Any Questions?

    1. Wouldn't it be better for the individuals on both sides to be replaced and start negotiations from scratch? 2. Why do you persist in trying to talk to the ACL about the freehold sale? It's not their business. 3. Is it more about personalities/egos now than trying to get a deal done that is...

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

Knowl on gmk reckons it was rent free but had to pay match day costs and no access to match day revenue streams

    Ann lucas

Originally all SISU were interested in was getting the Higgs 50% of the ACL (and that was still the case upto about 18 months ago). That was enough for them. Talks collapsed for whatever reason - depending on which version you want to believe. Then we got into the "he said, she said" nonsense...

"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

Seeing as SISU didn't want supporters to retain even a small stake in the club through their "compulsory" share purchase I doubt they'd be keen on any part fan ownership of a stadium:(. One of the most common themes around the original takeover was that SISU's "investment rules" meant that they...
