If you are thinking of emailing the Football League about it musicdating, have tried it before and it is waste of time The whole fit and proper test is self certificating that you are good enough to do it..... there are no real tests or investigations of anyone's suitability or that what they...

Sky Blues Talk Poster of the season - 2011/2012

Thanks for all the support, very much appreciated ...... just try to get the facts as I see them out there :D There are a lot of good thought provoking posters on this site that make really good contributions and provide some humour. I do not always agree with them and some views may seem at...

    Bryan Richardson Speaks!

Yep it gives ARVO first call on any and all assets of CCFC and CCFC Holdings. It makes any debt owed to ARVO secured on the assets such as they are of the two companies. It would seem to me that they take the assets, let the creditors whistle for it, fold the two companies, they start again as...

ccfc holdings holds 100% of CCFC Sconset owns 100% of CCFC Holdings Sconset is apparently 100% owned by SBS&L SISU investors & Brody own SBS&L ............ as far as I know, or we have been told Apparently the charge is to secure monies lent to CCFC & CCFC Holdings by ARVO ........... didnt...

    Bryan Richardson Speaks!

You arent being thick, not entirely sure what is going on myself. But it seems that AVRO who apparently have connection to SISU now have a mortgage over all assets of CCFC and CCFC Holdings. My understanding is that ARVO have been involved in previous projects with SISU including administrations...

all the staff yesterday had a meeting at the ricoh

I think you have to consider and be ready for any options that are available to the club BSB. Certainly I do not think you are wrong but only time will tell.

    Championship agrees new FFP rules

Is it just me or does £6m sound a lot of money for an acceptable loss from 2014....... especially when accounting costs of past spending are excluded. Thats saying that losses per year of £8m + in proper accounting terms are acceptable (ie after write downs of contracts etc stadiums etc ) Like...

    Championship agrees new FFP rules

It is reported that agreement has been reached on new FFP rules for Championship clubs (pity we arent still in it!) http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17841566 Looks tough at first sight but I am puzzled why any expenses are excluded (costs of players and stadium build cost write downs are...

all the staff yesterday had a meeting at the ricoh

seems like a logical and sensible thing to have been done to me. Staff will be worried about their jobs and the club need to be seen to do the right things in case of redundancies or anything else happening

Paul Barber to turn us around???

except the club have a 40 year lease at the Ricoh which they would have to settle and presently there is no suitable alternative within 15 miles of the city center. Might as well liquidate the club it would be quicker and cheaper
