£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

Do you know what also bothers me is what is going to come out of any investigation by the administrator or forensic accountants........... got a feeling it isnt going to be good news most of the £52m other debts is owed to CCFCH btw ........ except in CCFCH accounts those sums have been...

Official - we are in administration already

2008 They wrote off £35m. They took over 16.5m creditors (which i think included £6m owed to GR etc if we got promoted to premiership which has also now been written off ) and against that took over £7.9m in assets then topped up with cash of £930k as it turned out their initial investment...

    Fisher last summer

Sorry but if TF stood up and said "my name is Tim Fisher" quite understandably there are many who would seriously doubt it

There is a £2m payment to the project in the 2003 CCFCH accounts which forms part of the net £6.8m investment CCFCh had in the project. CCFCh then sold that net investment for £6.5m to the charity.

    ACL withdraw their application...

how many points is at the discretion of the FL 10 points is "normal" for administration yes 15points seems "normal" for coming out of CVA with no agreement points for transferring League share without permission? points for being unable to fulfill a fixture? points for transferring player...

    Official statement

From TF's point of view though he is still saying CCFCH is running the football club so he is entitled to issue statements. Yes I know the facts apparently do not support that but hey when has that stopped TF saying something. CCFCH as yet is not in administration.

Official - we are in administration already

was just thinking that ACL could put in a claim for £54.6m plus £1.4m back rent to establish its position in the creditors pecking order...... wasnt suggesting that they seek settlement at that ..... infact in their own minds i reckon they have written off ever receiving it. If the ARVO charge...

ARVO are secured creditors. The administrators should act in best interests of all creditors but as appointed by ARVO will look to protect their interests within the duties he has. Being secured then ARVO gets first claim on any assets listed, including any debtors, land, leases, money etc

    Time to go Tim

The whole structures on both sides needed to be challenged. Both sides needed to look at how they are set up and change things, to save money, to become more efficient and streamlined. To some degree both sides have done that. BUT for the life of me I can not condone how SISU have gone about...

Dont forget mattylad ARVO is very closely associated with SISU ........ it is a tool to secure the SISU aims so in reality is closely involved at CCFC. In that case it shouldnt be viewed as a normal 3rd party creditor having to be notified, it was in the scheme in the first place

    This "short term lease"

well the alternative is liquidation and if the share is in CCFC Ltd it is curtains for the football team

    This "short term lease"

just a few thoughts (guesses) Firstly how do we know that the old licence and lease are terminated? It doesnt just happen because TF says so. In deed the administrator of CCFC Ltd referred to it at the weekend as an asset of that company...... had it been terminated on his appointment then I...

    Club Statement on remaining games

Look it is all spin ............. i agree with Jack there is some manoeuvering going on ............. but at the end of the day SISU and TF run CCFC, CCFC ltd and CCFC H and have had scant regard for the fans in all this, dont forget they have already changed the fixture, inconvenienced people...

    Club Statement on remaining games

TF did you really have to cause all that grief to the fans!!! ACL said Friday it was available to use dont try make out you are doing the fans a favour Perhaps i am missing something but surely if the only thing that is in CCFC is the lease & licence and that is now broken that must mean CCFC...
