Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

The administrator has since said there are some assets in CCFC ........ strangely in these circumstances describes the lease and licence as an asset - surely with CCFC non trading with no income it is more like a liability I think we should be wary of the announcements coming...

plus and minuses chiefdave. On the one hand it means that ACL can sell off an interest in the daily operations quite seperately from selling ACL or an interest in it. It provides flexibility in negotiations imo for ACL In terms of SISU and currently CCFC under their ownership I doubt it...

Arvo has made "loans" to the group that are secured on all the assets of CCFC ltd and CCFCH. ARVO is a fund which SISU operate and work with. ARVO also owns 3 non voting shares in ccfch

well according to recent press releases from SISU/administrator it is CCFCH ............ but history says that the playing costs were always a liability of ccfc limited

Season ticket holders could have a case...

Tickets are purchased from CCFC Ltd. Surely unless purchased on credit card (not sure even then) season ticket holders would sue as unsecured creditors of CCFC Limited which is in administration with huge debts and very few assets. Am sorry to say it but dont think you would get a penny

If SISU have the share ownership wrong then the club could be in big trouble imo The only defense it would seem to me is that SISU have in that case is that the two companies are inextricably linked so it doesnt matter which company has it. Of course that would also admit that the lease is...

Cheers Bluegloucester................. was thinking more like Companies House so it is online. But even Companies House has its fault because changes in members is not live updated. With 92 clubs it shouldnt be that difficult to have an up to date register online should it? Unlikely it changes...

I think we need to appreciate that as these situations occur for the FL then each case is different. Yes there are rules saying points deduction this year if admin by 4th Thursday in March but the FL Board have absolute discretion in imposing any penalties they see fit. There is no hard and fast...

CET: Joe Elliot confirms talks and that Hoffman Would also join the board.

I think that ACL Charity & Council are aware of that problem and would structure the deal to prevent it ....... how remains to be seen

It is a little surprising that the FL do not have a public register that is up to date of all members (share owners)................. surely would not then be an issue that keeps getting repeated. It would be neither costly nor difficult to do. How can they expect transparency from clubs when...

CET: Joe Elliot confirms talks and that Hoffman Would also join the board.

I posted this previously Larry They want the club to control and have an interest in the development of the area because it will give the club extra income which they will need to finance operations at higher levels. It will also make the club have a better asset base which might be important...

Cant help wondering if it might have been better if Uncle Joe had kept quiet until after the court case

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

I think it is CCFC Limited that has the option Paxman and that option is subject to certain criteria and a time limit. It is also quite likely that there will be clauses in the option agreement that cancel that option should the company become subject to an insolvency event. That option can not...

sneaky... (a bit silly I know)

surely though ACL have to take action against the leaseholder first and then join others in the action once they know what the reaction is. The debt is owed by CCFC Ltd join the others in too early and you leave even more possibility for delay and legal argument. If you are sure where the FL...
