Geoffrey Robinson and Jim Cunningham have their say...

I would assume it is the administrator of CCFCLtd appointed by SISU that has the job to pursue the money due from GR :thinking about: ..... not ACL but I could be wrong

    U21's today

Would they though if SP made a big thing of doing it ..... saying he is playing the youngsters to prepare for next season, to give them experience and asking the fans to really back them even if they make mistakes? You would hope fans would see the the point of it and encourage, allow them to...

Geoffrey Robinson and Jim Cunningham have their say...

Geoffrey Robinson media statement about SISU 29th June 2011 “They have made a total mess of it – a disgraceful mess – and they should find a good home for the club as soon as possible, write off their losses – which they are entirely responsible for themselves – and let’s get the club back on...

Geoffrey Robinson and Jim Cunningham have their say...

Apparently Torch, but surely in the need for "Transparency" the fans need to know what went on :thinking about: ........ it being their club morally. Also where was this £20m that was written off, what was it made up of, how had it been spent, did any of it form a part of the buy in...

    Pressley Should of Gone Specsavers!!

To be fair to him he is the middle of a destabilising crisis that he can not change or alter. that crisis is going to affect the players and cause frustrations with fans that they will take out all too easily on the team. Will it help the situation to come out lambasting the players because they...

    U21's today

Personally I think we should be using some of these lads in what remains of the season. Why give loan and short term contract players games when they wont be here next season. We may have to rely on some of the youngsters next season why not give them valuable experience when the pressure is off...

TWO Coventry MPs are demanding Ricoh Arena bosses tell taxpayers the extent of the legal bill for court action against the Sky Blues. The call comes after the part-council-owned Arena Coventry Limited declined to tell the Telegraph how much had been spent so far in its year-long legal dispute...

ACL Shoot themselves in the foot & The Fans in the Head

could they have accepted a lower rent much earlier? ........... err they offered lower rent earlier SISU rejected it. That aside to get to their final offer the finance structure of ACL had to change that didnt happen until 18/01/13. But then you know and I know that the rent is not the...

    Stuart Linnell should be sacked

I do not condone name calling or threats on either side......... we are supposed to be on one side.......... CCFC's. Derogatory personal comments by fan or pundit or broadcaster might get you 2 minutes of fame but ultimately no long term respect, certainly doesn't get to the real issues. Gave...

ACL Shoot themselves in the foot & The Fans in the Head

just a couple of questions .......... when were insolvency advisors appointed by SISU to advise CCFC? when do you think all the players etc were transferred to CCFCH leaving CCFCL a "non trading property subsidiary"? Did SISU need to isolate the lease to break it? Did TF make any serious...

thoughts on any possible stadium deal

Is it not the case that CCC/ACL have found 31m to help fund building a stadium from which CCFC have benefited by playing at that stadium (tempered by your view on the rent paid so far).......... so does that make you both right CJ and Stupot ?

thoughts on any possible stadium deal

just to answer a few of the replies 50% of the ownership of ACL does not give the club 50% of the income in the current set up Think I need to clarify that I do not think that SISU would get a chance of anything I suggested, so it is far from suggesting things from SISU's side of things I...

thoughts on any possible stadium deal

just thinking out loud really ask yourself what is most important to CCFC (the club not CCFCL or CCFCH) right now .....is it buying an interest in the stadium or is it owning the rights to the income from the stadium? I would have said that the need for income outweighs the need for a stake...

    Well done sisu

failure has become a comfortable habit for team and supporters........... we need to expect more than that, we are right to expect more than that ........ we need to break the mindset. Expect to fail and you will, because you will not see or grasp the opportunities that make the difference.

    Ten Points Deduction: Club Statement

"So when I believed sisu was being used as a sinkhole - and idiots like Oldskyblue coming out saying sisu couldn't possibly use the club as a sink hole were just plain WRONG!" I dont believe i ever did........ so go on then explain in detail exactly what it is they have done and how, in a...

    It's confirmed 10 points

I would guess the FL will consider the report from the administrator before deciding next actions. That could mean no penalties or more penalties depending on what is found. 10 points is the least we all expected

    Golden share

Key dates seem to be CCFC h was formed as The Coventry City Football Club Limited 24/07/07. Changed its name to Coventry city Football CLub (holdings) Limited 16/02/96 The Premier League started in 1992 Coventry City Football Club Limited formed 16/05/95 - so not actually the same name...

    Long term agreement

i think the key is with both acl and administrator I would guess that ACL let it to administrator who let it to CCFCH ...... CCFCH guarantees to pay administrator the amount that ACL are charging the administrator to use the stadium. So in a sense then CCFCH is party to it but i bet ACL's...

    Long term agreement

the statement released is from the administrator and ACL so you would assume that those are the two parties to this particular agreement. The administrator has no authority as far as we know to act for CCFCH or any other party. He acts for CCFC Limited
