    14 days grace

my understanding is that to allow confirmation of administrators there is a 14 day period in which that happens. During that period the administrator initially appointed can not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the company in administration. So effectively costs are suspended for 14...

    Venue for Fridays game

I am guessing because CCFC is the leaseholder then SISU have moved that company out to assist the administrators. I think as PWKH has said there is a 14 day grace period so it wasnt necessary for Fridays game but there you go. In theory it is CCFCH that needs to use a ground. What this means...

    The Football League Golden Share

It hasnt got a value in the sense it can be bought and sold as a separate item. However its value is that no league team can exist without it and it therefore brings with it the income, prize money, tv money etc that any league team needs. It hasnt got a separate value but it is the single most...

Joe Elliott to be the front man

    Does everyone agree?

Not sure what the seed capital required would be but say it was £10 or 15m is that massive money in the scheme of things?. SISU have been suggesting that any new ground would be financed by developers all but say £5m because the developer will make the money on the retail units etc.... so these...

    The Football League Golden Share

so if the playing side is owned by ccfch but the share is owned by ccfc ltd is the result yesterday still valid ? also if the member is ccfc ltd did we actually fail to fulfill a fixture yesterday not saying any of that is right but it highlights what a mess this is for club, owners and league

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

    Does everyone agree?

Think people misunderstand. ACL own the lease for the site not just the stadium. Anyone coming in doesnt need to buy the land but they do need the council to extend the lease to 99 or 125 year...... nowhere near as costly, in fact might not cost anything in the right deal. The Council & Charity...

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

They want the club to control and have an interest in the development of the area because it will give the club extra income which they will need to finance operations at higher levels. It will also make the club have a better asset base which might be important in future. They are not saying...

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

well as PWKH, who is clerk to the trustees of the charity and also a director of ACL, says there is no truth in it then thats good enough for me. You might think he would know wouldn't you. Just a cut and paste article based on what was said early in the week, not happening at least not at the...

    Does everyone agree?

not sure the option to buy will exist much longer because it is held in CCFC Limited I believe.
  14. oldskyblue58

    Does everyone agree?

yes, i think everyone wants to see that so long as the club doesn't mortgage it up to the eyeballs and spend that on failure (ie i can see the need to mortgage it to buy it , but the mortgage is paid....but to mortgage it to throw the money at the team I am not sure is a good idea - look...

    Are we blinded

can we get something clear CCFC racked up costs of £20.8m on the project but also £14m in debts that were not paid both assets and the liabilities were transferred so they had a net investment of 6.8m in the project. This represented their 50% in ACL. They were not able to fund any other of...

Why have BBC CWR sided with SISU?

    A Few thoughts

ccfc ltd arent coming out of admin csb....... the whole purpose is to break the lease...... if an administrator cant sell it then it is wound up ....... who is going to buy a company that only includes the liability to pay the lease (ie no income or assets)
