I thought ACL were the ones who had consistently filed their accounts on time and it was the SISU companies that hadn't. ACL also haven't had their accounts described as a mess by their Chief executive/chairman.

But SISU are the ones making the claims so unless they have the case held in camera (think that's the term) then the claims would be part of the case that they or their lawyers lodged with the court.
