As I said at the start of this thread So neither side have actually backed up any of these claims. However should Tim have everything that he claims to have then that alters things a hell of a lot and why I want this over and done with so we can go back to not enjoying the football. I only...

Well Godiva you're assuming a hell of a lot there, including that the council were complicit with the plan to distress ACL. We don't know that as fact we only have Tim saying that they were and as I said before, he has yet to produce the evidence. It could be that the council just decided that...

Yup I do try and keep an open mind, but I can't help but remember (so I'd be rubbish on a jury) that Tim has been inaccurate before on a few things before. Still he's got the signed copied of everything* so I can't wait to see them once they have been presented in court. *and I would assume so...

Is that last point something to do with the Cayman Islands? ;)

But a lot of this (highlighted in red) is just what Tim & PWKH said and they haven't backed any of this up yet. Tim claims to have signed copies of this and that which he hasn't produced possibly due to the judicial review. Until they prove otherwise a lot of this is just what Tim and Higgs/PWKH...

    ACL possible next move?

Just a thought but they might not have denied it because it may be part of impending legal action, especially if what he said was inaccurate. Obviously it can't be the case that everything Tim says is inaccurate, but he does have 'form' for it. Roll on the court cases so this whole sorry mess...

    ACL possible next move?

Or maybe this is just the first time I have visited this site today, not everything is a conspiracy you know. I'm not defending ACL just pointing out that SISU have screwed our chances of owning the long lease that ACL have whilst they remain in control of CCFC through their amazing negotiating...

    ACL possible next move?

But you said.... Doncaster are actually renting the entire stadium complex and therefore are entitled to all the revenues, profits and losses that the stadium generates. SISU/CCFC agreed heads of terms with the charity and then walked away, as far as I know never asked the council about their...

Full Audio of the 1987 cup win

Copied the cassettes onto CD a few years back as I thought the tapes were getting a bit ropey. Still cry every time the final whistle goes and when Killer lifts the cup.

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

No sadly not and I can't get you any free cans of the stuff or the dog from the adverts that did the tricks either (most people just remember the Peter Kaye ones now though).

Coventry City FC's Players are registered with Limited, not Holdings

That may well be true and there a few of things on here that are posted have no evidence to back them up. However if that statement you made was defamatory and I'm not suggesting that it is, you would have to prove your allegation about ACL links if it came to court. The other person doesn't...

    Whats the plan ACL?

I thought the ACL plan was to wait until Tim either begs them to take us back because no one would groundshare with and we play at the Ricoh us or sells the club to PH4 and we play at the Ricoh. Pure guesswork though, Tim may actually have a groundshare lined up and surprise us all.

Not one penny more - from sisu rent boys to super fans

Ah so it isn't about how much money you've handed over to the clowns in charge of our club, but how many home matches you've attended. Thanks for clearing that up for me. It certainly will affect me as I've actually got to think of things to buy people for their birthday rather than just being...

I'm PWKH don't ya know, or I work in the ACL politburo in the Ministry for talking drivel.

Tim fisher Coventry City Closing in on Deal for New Stadium

I had a job in the media which I lost due to a merger and my best friend suggested retail, which so far hasn't been too bad. Although I do have to work weekends which has resulted my attendance at matches being close to zero, I enjoy it far more than I thought I would. Best of luck whatever happens.

Not one penny more - from sisu rent boys to super fans

Sadly I could only be at one match last season, but as a percentage of the total amount that I spent on CCFC that ticket was about 10-15% of it. I spent far more on presents from the shop (when we had one) for my friends and relatives. Now the online shop doesn't seem to work either, kind of...

Not one penny more - from sisu rent boys to super fans

If they're willing to cover the cost of the groundshare losses for the next three seasons why weren't they willing to spend this money keeping us at the Ricoh? We could have had the F&B revenue cross invoiced and a larger number of fans at the matches than we will groundsharing outside of Cov...

    Can of Worms

I can see that if SISU do bring state aid to the legal table when trying to get the council loan killed off it isn't just us it will affect. Forrest had at least one loan guaranteed by the city council which they then defaulted on a payment. The council then had to cough up as they were liable...
