Going down. The almost certain demise of the Sky Blues.

Ah but we're entering the world of Fishernomics and the normal rules of anything don't apply.

Nikki Sinclair on CWR after 7 this morning

Will Young Timothy have the hired goons with him to get it removed as they did at the Ricoh with the SISU Out stuff?

Is all this going down a well rehearsed path

Which would indicate that he has no respect for his customers (also known as supporters) who want to keep Coventry City in Coventry. Tim might wake up when he realises that his cutomers don't want to go to Northampton and just don't.

    NTFC fan view

The only thing then is he'd probably leave NTFC open to legal action by SISU, even with get out clauses which is not pleasant. Also the judicial review might yet affect your £12m loan from your council which is another issue bubbling under. If I had a bargepole I wouldn't let it anywhere near...

I just checked and this was covered in the Trust Q&A session and the answer is as follows

    Cobblers defiant after threat

Well I guess we'll have to wait and see what pans out. One thing that I am certain of is that we move to NTFC and we've stuffed next season because we won't have as much revenue (actaul and cross invoiced) as we would have done under FFP rules if we had stuck at the Ricoh.

You will obviously know a lot more than me being a layperson in all this and I defer to your real world experience and knowledge in this case. I'm not a director and have limited knowledge in this area. And with that I'm going home, night all.

My point is that directors are supposed to look after the business on behalf of the shareholders, not doing so is considered 'bad form' and action can be taken against them. As I understand it from what the people with far better legal minds have posted is that the club is still in Admin at the...

ACL move things up a few gears

We could ask him about the sale of our Gold reserves at the same time

    Question for PWKH

Quite Step 1 SISU sell (or otherwise depart from) CCFC to someone who still has money and gives a toss Step 2 The new owner puts in an offer to buy the ACL shares. Step 3 This is accepted and we can all start enjoying the action on the pitch again.

Yes, you should read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Board_of_directors#Duties as well as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Companies_Act_2006#Directors (sorry I posted the wrong link earlier) otherwise there would be nothing to stop directors making decisions that either hugely benefitted themselves...

Kissinger is still alive I think, although I think to really suit the clubs owners we need the former PM Tony Blair.

Well then I suggest you read this on the companies act 2006 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Companies_Act_2006#Directors before becoming the director of a company.

    Cobblers defiant after threat

As I posted in another thread If the directors of a business don't persue money that is owed to a business especially (but not limited to) if it is a large amount then yes the shareholders can take action against the directors of a business. They are not meeting their fiduciary duty to the...
