    ADministrators final progress report

It's possible that it was changed to be the Prudential Borrowing mentioned in the Telegraph article posted by SkyBlueCharlie and that's the answer, otherwise as you say 'Odd'.

    Reduced ticket prices next Tuesday

Yeah this is hardly a new feature, and not unsurprising given it's a midweek match.

I think I'll be missing out then....oh and by the way any chance you can answer this? Why does the club need to own the stadium? I agree about the revenue streams but still don't see why we have to own the freehold. You said that it is a fact but don't offer any evidence to back it up. Can...

    ADministrators final progress report

I was going on what OSB58 said in this post (and possibly some others but this was the one that I remembered first)

If my tenants in my flat reach the end of their lease and bugger off - I'm not going to chase them to get them back, I'm going to look for new tenants or a new use for my flat. If they want to come back and rent again then they can always get in touch with the estate agent, but if I've already...

    ADministrators final progress report

You just reminded me of our fearless leader Tim who mentioned with great importance how much money the council had spent on legal fees defending the Judicial Review Application. Actually laughed out loud when I heard him say that, if SISU hadn't started the Judicial Review process then they...

What bank are we talking about here and why, I thought the council loan was from the Public Works Loan Board not a bank.

    Northampton clown unmasked!

Would have been surprised if that's what hedge fund managers do I think he may actually be dead.

Time to put ACL anger to one side

True Well I would guess it could get mentioned in either the ACL or council accounts especially if it was a change that would have a serious financial impact (positive or negative) on their balance sheet.

Only difference here is that the ricoh isn't costing, as far as I know, the council anything at the moment and I'm told is making them a minor profit on the loan.

Shot yourself in the foot, haven't you SISU

Why does the club need to own the stadium? I agree about the revenue streams but still don't see why we have to own the freehold. You said that it is a fact but don't offer any evidence to back it up. Can you explain why an ACL type lease and a low rent say 100k a year isn't preferable to...

Time to put ACL anger to one side

I've been saying for a while that maybe £100k rent for a long ACL type lease where the profits from the stadium are going to the club for use by the club makes sense to me. Maybe the council take the half until the loan is paid off and the Higgs get their money back plus interest in a lump sum...

Time to put ACL anger to one side

No idea hence why I said They could be for any number of reasons - we don't know though, which is what I posted in the quote above in my original post.

People/fund managers might take their money away from SISU investment funds, sounds like there already have been people doing just that according to this although we don't know the reasons for those withdrawals. http://www.footballeconomy.com/content/sisu-owners-prosper

I've got a list somewhere at home, I'll dig it out and tell you if you're that interested.

Yep although I did check to make sure that none of my money was invested in anything to do with SISU.

    Sky Coverage So Far

Not more mixed messages from the club/SISU:facepalm:, so should Joy & Tim have said 'We've probably moved on' ? Either we've moved on or we haven't, there has to be a clear unambiguous statement from the club/SISU. It's possible that more damage could be caused, the liquidation comment from Tim...

Acl - CCfc make a deal

Can this be done given Joy has said she won't rent and ACL don't own the freehold to sell?
