And we were promised a look at the plans too weren't we? Anyone? Yes, but could we focus on Plan A please Tim. Wait what happened to Plan A? We can't play in two stadiums so why the need for the Ricoh? Probably around the same time that someone realised that there would be serious negative...

    Lowest Ever Coventry City Attendance?

Are these the same plans we were promised by Tim would be released a few weeks after the forums in the summer? I have to say I miss Tim he was able to keep a perfectly deadpan face when making jokes. His one about getting 3,000 fans at Sixfields was hysterical

Sounds like an interesting game so far, even posession according to the BBC.

    Ricoh ownership

Sorry I'm not saying that they would but that they could. We're having a great run so far and Elvis and the squad deserve all the credit for that but if suppose (and I'm just thinking about a worse case scenario here) we don't get promoted. Or we have a bad next few seasons and lounge around...

    Ricoh ownership

If SISU after obtaining the freehold as part of a deal to get us back in Coventry, can then just liquidate the club following the sale I don't see why they should get the freehold. I can see the comments now about this "The debts are too high and the owners are unable to 'invest' any...

If I remember correctly the Higgs centre didn't and PWKH said that it is very difficult for a charity to reject a CVA. I think they must try and retrieve as much as they can and rejecting a CVA wouldn't do that.

Think he's the clerk to both, the building was paid for by the charity to Cat 2 standards (for us) I know that much EDIT: I had a look at the trustees http://www.charityperformance.com/charity-details.php?id=17297 J W Elliott, S R Haswell, P W Knatchbull-Hugessen (Secretary), J R Mutton, D J...

    Les Reid's article

Brentford have only just had their stadium development approved 6th December (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-25249046) and have reduced the height of their tower blocks. Interestingly a conflict of interest caused three on the planning committee to quit...

I think the Brentford flats that they want to build are coming under some flack for spoiling the views from Kew Gardens. Will try and find a link.

    Les Reid's article

If there's a "moral principle" at stake are SISU going to go after the multi million pound loan Nottingham Council acted as a guarantor on for Nottingham Forest. In 2004 Forest then failed to make an interest payment on the loan some distance into the repayment period and the council were forced...

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

The freehold though is unlikely (given the comments Tim made about the new stadium arrangements) to be owned by the club and thus debt is going to be owed to someone which hasn't benefited the club so far.

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

Still unsure as to what benefit our club (not Sisu Capital Partners their funds or any associated businesses) would get from owning the stadium as well as the ACL lease and the associated revenues, as opposed to just owning the ACL lease and the associated revenues from that.

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

Travel wise only about 15mins by taxi so not too much extra but wouldn't go past HR or up Sky Blue Way so that would be a negative aspect. Not looked at buses yet.

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

We have had the opportunity in the past to be a part owner of our SMC (which is ACL) but we sold our share to the Higgs Charity. The club had the option to buy the share back at anytime from the charity, at a price based on an agreed formula. That would have given the club two seats on the...

Why a new ground is the fair way forward

Actually there is a bit in the new defamation act 2013 which I haven't read fully yet but appears to give operators of websites like this one a better defence. http://www.charlesrussell.co.uk/UserFiles/file/pdf/Reputation Management/Defamation_Act_Website.pdf
