    Yeah as Travs says it is all relative. I look at a few guys I know who can do 5km in under 15 mins, which is the equivalent of me knocking off at least 30 seconds per km, and I have no idea how it is even possible to run that fast. Knocking 6 minutes off is fantastic but I bet at the start...

    4 days off for me then back to back sub 18 min 5kms on the road. The second 5km being a pb at 17:28. Taken about 1:15 off my 5km time since the start of lockdown. Pleased in all and helps to pick me up after a Cov loss.

    ifollow changes this season?

    I can't watch the game live on Saturday (busy at the time), so my plan is to avoid the result and watch it the game on Ifollow after it has been uploaded. Does anyone know if this is possible? If it is, how long does it take Ifollow to upload the game? Thanks

    Good pace that. I've added a 800m rep session once a week: 6x 800m @ 3:20-3:30 mins/km pace, with a 200m walk after each rep. So fairly similar pace to your 400m efforts - it is hard work. I find that since increasing my mileage I need to eat a lot more - do you find this? It makes sense to me...
