If you were Leeds players who would you be a bit worried about in match ups? I suspect it would only be Saka, Wright and maybe Simms. Against our midfield and defence you must really fancy your chances. Probably tells you who we should play.

We also seem to have fitness, athleticism issues. Wright and Torp are always knackered after 30 mins. Simms is not athletic enough to hassle defenders. Torp, Eccles, Sheaf, (and EMC) are slow. Saka, Torp, Allen aren't strong enough and get easily knocked off the ball.

What's concerning is we are weak all over the pitch defensively. We have too many central strikers, too few wide players who know how to support full backs, weak and slow central midfielders, full backs who continually give wide players space to cross, central defenders prone to blunders, and...

What's not normal is saying 'they look excellent' when they haven't and we've played shit. That's just bizarre. A bit of common sense realism isnt 'tearing' anyone down.

As has been said many times we don't get the basics right - all over the pitch. Not at all helped by chopping and changing and playing people out of position. Decide on the first 11, coach them properly on the basics and play them for at least half a dozen games.
