But we dont have any other income.......

I am guessing that the £75k is F&B on the concourse because the Hospitality and executive boxes are sold directly by the club. (advertised on CCFC website)

But we dont have any other income.......

no it doesn't Scunthorpe generated a turnover of 369k before deducting any costs. CCFC shared the net profit 50:50 with Wasps without paying any costs or taking any risk. Totally different things *** edit ...if you rework the 75k back to a turnover on a 30% net margin before being split that's...

But we dont have any other income.......

no such disclosures tony on either set of accounts its not required by the companies act. So cost analysis is really only guess work and you cant gauge if there are surpluses or not

But we dont have any other income.......

both disclosures are entirely legal and meet the rules. Its just that Scunthorpe choose to give greater detail and CCFC do not. No player sales are in addition to that Add in the player sales and the Fisher argument of being at such a disadvantage makes even less sense

But we dont have any other income.......

Just to give you an idea of income sources this is how Scunthorpe United disclose theirs in the 2016 accounts this is the disclosure for CCFC

But we dont have any other income.......

What do we get Obviously match day tickets - because according to Fisher unlike other clubs that's all we get "We are unlike most other football clubs, in that we do not benefit from non-ticketing revenue. The club does not get either matchday non-ticketing revenues or non-matchday revenues...

    Fisher on ST Pricing

not that we haven't heard him say something similar every year he has been here. Sorry but this lack of income spiel is bollocks. Our income has exceeded clubs in L1 that have exceeded our performance. Its the decisions, plan and leadership that are lacking or poor - sort that out and income...

Four EFL clubs 'at risk of failure' according to study, is one CCFC?

What about Bury? Chesterfield have had problems with CCJ's also or Morecambe unable to pay staff

Four EFL clubs 'at risk of failure' according to study, is one CCFC?

do we? Possibly but it depends on the criteria This is the criteria used by the study How were the results found? The report used a number of legal financial data as markers of financial stability, breaking down those problems into "significant" and "critical" categories, a combination of...

    Season ticket prices 17/18 season

but there is more to the maths than the superficial calculations that the guy has done. Much of the commercial income is due from fans too (shop, lottery etc) so why exclude that. The interest figure is skewed by the withholding tax that must relate to all of the years of interest rolled up for...

    Season ticket prices 17/18 season

had they discounted the price 5% then if 3000 bought tickets at full standard adult early bird price it would cost the club £44,850 compared to what they are doing. If by doing that they then attracted 150 more season tickets they break even. I would guess a little gesture like that would have...

    Season ticket prices 17/18 season

Yes we need to plan for success. I have never planned in any other way. Looking at the L2 table of course we should plan to be top Yes if we do well we could well get 10000 average, what if we don't? So where is this cash flow to finance it coming from? If it is all front loaded in cost what...

    Season ticket prices 17/18 season

so the current attendance is 9k average and we are going down ........ you want to base on a budget attendance of higher and spend money a self sufficient CCFC simply doesn't have or might never have............ and expect that to pass even the FL cursory scrutiny. The budget can be flexed but...

    Season ticket prices 17/18 season

£13 per game is not unreasonable in the general national scheme of things. However given the recent performance of CCFC on & off the pitch and the way this news has been delivered it cant help but feel like a kick in the nuts for most fans. Given that the club must have been aware of the...

Sky Blue Trust and Fan Ownership

actually there are very few if any of the board that see themselves as being on the CCFC board, my understanding is that those fans representatives on the CCFC board will be elected by the share holders that invest in the scheme. I agree with the idea of limited terms in office.

Sky Blue Trust and Fan Ownership

I think you can have an ideal and be pragmatic at the same time fp. The Trust would like full ownership but realise that it is very unlikely to be the case because of the finance that will need to be raised to pull the club out of the sisu pit

Sky Blue Trust and Fan Ownership

How weeman ? The most up to date information available is to 31/05/2016 - sisu wont give any access to the current financials (rightly). I would want to know that the owners are prepared to sell and to sell to the Trust first before wasting my time or employing costly professionals to put...

    Jigsaw

I think Grendel is absolutely right it isn't all about how much money can you throw at CCFC nor ever has been. The arguments about the money, call it investment if you want, always seem to focus on the amount never the targeted purpose. It acts as a smoke screen that obscures the fact that for...
