    Statement from Cov Rugby

Honestly CD it doesn't matter that he only speaks with Fisher & Venus they don't have the real power so even if indirectly he has to deal with SISU. The major decision makers in Coventry know that CCC are not entirely stupid, the words wont fool them or make them feel better. Given all the...

    Statement from Cov Rugby

wasn't on about mediation though................... Sharp/CRL/BPAL wont deal with SISU but will deal with CCFC on the BPA project - just exactly how do you keep SISU influencing or agreeing or making decisions for CCFC? Just to be clear I think Mr Sharps statement is timely and well made so I...

    Mediation talks underway

Simple question, what specific things are being disputed in this "multi party dispute" we are told exists and by who? Because unless you know exactly what the dispute is what can be mediated

    Statement from Cov Rugby

o remind me who has charge over all of the Otium Entertainment Group assets present and future?. Who controls ARVO? Who "back stops" the finances at CCFC? What finance has Otium Entertainment Group itself got to contribute to a capital scheme? Who controls Otium Entertainment Group Limited? Who...

    Statement from Cov Rugby

"The City Council and the RFU have been involved in those discussions and the City Council in particular have expressed themselves most supportive" So as far as developing BPA goes the Council has been "most supportive". Would imply no block coming from Council in terms of the development...

    Academy ground share

I take that to mean that they are not going to find the site for them and it is up to the club to do that , then put forward the plans/applications etc to whoever they need to. It can be taken as CCC not being active or that CCC are not blocking it I suppose

    Academy ground share

From the reports it sounds like the club will have to improve even create new pitches at the school. Does this fulfil a commitment to Sports England and allow the sale of Ryton to go ahead? Just got to find a first team training ground get some grants and build it then I suppose

Took forever to get out of the car park after the game, but didn't care :) :D

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

Did wonder why all the sudden activity ...... Part I think is to bury the news that JR 2 is starting to move, with Otium being involved, but there is also this paragraph in Reids article today in the Cov Observer “The EFL is in regular dialogue with Coventry City regarding the club’s...

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

General consensus would seem to be that the fans would be behind it. If it can be shown to be the best option, to actually work then it gets a yes from me. So over to Mr Fisher then ............... what are you going to do to drive it forward, and what is it you are actually asking us to...

    Mediation talks underway

Why this sudden deluge of reports etc now? You hear nothing much about BPA, stadium arrangements, Academy, for months then there are suddenly articles, comments galore in a space of a couple of days ................

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

No, but for Fisher to release information on the project and what is in it for CCFC to convince Sky Blue fans then he is going to need Mr Sharp's & CRL permission to do so isn't he. Surely he wouldn't release information without consulting with his project partners. So without Mr Sharp's...

    Mediation talks underway

Would it not an idea to actually question this MP to get confirmation of the claims made eg - When did this start ? - what is the remit? - who has he met? - who has signed up for it ? - the aim of it? - timescales? - first full meeting set for? - target date for conclusion?

    Sky Blues Trust

Think the Trust got caught between two stools. A) wanting to ask questions B) giving their members the opportunity to question Fisher. Both are worthy ideas. In the end neither were achieved successfully, the set up was wrong imo. It needed a detailed examination of Fisher for people to listen...

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

I am sure we can all go round in circles about this again but two things need to happen - Jon Sharpe & Tim Fisher need to detail and show us the plan, confirm the funding, show viability etc. All the other parties, including the fans, need to say "go on then prove it show us". They have been...

    Mediation talks underway

The word dispute keeps being used or the phrase multi party dispute. Of the parties involved who is actually in dispute. Lets break it down a little. Are Otium (CCFC) in dispute with Wasps/ACL? In terms paying for pitch repairs or additional stewards probably. In terms of staying at the Ricoh...

    Mediation talks underway

these starting requirements put forward - all stuff we can get behind “Putting Coventry City front and centre-stage in the community.” A future stadium solution for the football club, with the club’s preferred option remaining a return to an inner-city home at an expanded Butts Park Arena...
