It's an awfully imbalanced squad. Whilst I think we're rightly in the conversation due to the wealth of attacking talent, I don't quite go along with the favourites tag. The nations that build from a strong, defensive foundation usually win tournaments, we couldn't be farther from this.

I think that's probably the main reason Giannoulis is going, he's on £30k+ & they're going to need to cut their cloth somewhat. New Sporting Director, new Manager & a bit of a transition coming I think.
