Hahaha, deary me, perhaps you need to have a quiet word with yourself in a dark cupboard, pal. Take it easy on yourself, acting like a prick is exhausting, apparently. Oh, and never start a sentence with 'and', tut tut.

    Can We Stay Up?

If Joy and Timmy had any foresight, they'd have got Robins in January. They didn't, and that's that. All I'm hoping for now, is a run of pride restoring results and a Wembley victory, to soothe our broken fans and go down to L2 fighting.

Nope, I meant travesty in the context of farcical I.E. his tenure was a farce. I assure you that my A* in English A-Level is quite deserved. :-)

That's the first time I've predicted a result correctly, AND predicted that Ruben needed the free role to be creative. Glad I was right, we're inching our pride back after the Slade travesty. PUSB.

Next shot Reilly has, it'll take the net off, you watch. At least the lad is getting forward and getting into scoring positions, if it carries on surely he'll jab one home. PUSB

I mean it's obvious he's got an attitude, and more often than not he performs poorly, but put him in a position where he can create goals and start counter attacks and I think he'd be in his element. I'd cater to his ego a bit, just to get the best out of him, cos the lad has got talent. He...

I agree about Ruben, give the lad a free role behind the striker/s and get him firing those killer passes. Time to build on the Port Vale win, let's go down in style. 1-0 City.

Exactly, Southall was a prime example. I suppose as goalies get older, they rely more on positional sense, I've rarely seen a goalie over 35 with poor positioning. Well, aside from Oggy. :)

Look at that technique...like a majestic swan. Reminds me of Kevin Pressman, haha, was goalie for Sheff Weds back in the day. I always remember him being the heaviest player in the PL, it was listed at 104kg in the PL sticker book. Thing is, he was agile as fuck...

What are you currently listening to?

Anyone here 'young' enough to recall the Nu-Metal craze of 1999-2004? I dug out some old CD's yesterday, and stuck Linkin Park's first two albums on: Meteora, the second, still sounds pretty good. There was Slipknot and a frightening looking Swedish death-core band CD in the case too, daren't...

    Things that annoy you

Having to listen to 6th form kids 'liking' and inflecting in the games/dvd aisle of Tesco is always a pleasure. One day some unlucky 'liker' will be force-fed a copy of COD, via his ear.

Visiting Coventry City for first time

Someone stop him before he gets to the airport, does he not realise he cannot leave now?!? He's the lucky talisman we've been after for YEARS, we need to parade him through the city centre and everything. Don't go home Michael. We won't let you... ;)
