    Robins will carry the can

I would probably be willing to give Robins more time but the performances since the FA Cup semi final have been very disappointing. The managing expectation theme is definitely not the way forward. Who could do better with this squad of players probably John Eustace and possibly David Moyes...

Match Thread Stoke away 10th August 12:30 - Opening day!

A reasoned and thoughtful view, people on the street attempting to burn a hotel accommodating people and injure police officers, how the fuck do you expect him to respond.

    Viveash gone

Seems to me that the club have evaluated our progress and decided rightly or wrongly, that new impetus in the the coaching team was necessary. Robins has been quite astute with refreshing the coaching set up in the past, however if this change does not bring about success it will be Robins that...

    Tiredness

MR suggested the players were tired in February, the question is why and why were our players so much more fatigued than players at other clubs?

    Da Silva

Adi says he will get better, he would struggle to get worse, he has to get a lot, lot better. Not optimistic.

    Da Silva

Who the fuck is gonna cover his wages in League 1, for the next three years. shambolic.

    Tiredness

Very worrying, he has another 3 years. I hope there is a load of potential he has yet to reveal.

    Tiredness

MR started to talk about fatigue as far back February, post match v Stoke City. It became our default mindset, the reality is we have played 2 or 3 games more than most other Championship sides.

But the poor souls are tired, however as Bidwell was dropped/rested on Saturday so he should surely be playing this evening.

    New number one needed

Agree about the coaching, both Moore and Collins started well but then both have regressed. I remember seeing Moore make his debut and thinking he would be first choice keeper for a significant period.

    Bradley collins

Not sure what we do with our keepers, Moore and Collins have the potential to be decent. Always felt it it the one aspect Robins does not get right. I would actually like to see play Moore on Saturday.

Really hoping Robins will not be lured into playing our second keeper, surely now that experiment is done.

    Transfer Rumour Ellis Simms

    Just Wilson for me.....

    Bradley collins

I really do hope the goalkeeping experiment is now done, Collins should be should be our number one for both the League and the FA Cup.

Match Thread Coventry City - Rotherham United FC Match Thread - Tuesday 5th Mar

Robins is the manager, he can therefore decide what he believes is the most effective team for any given match but after two defeats in 16 I would like to think he could come out and explain to supporters why he dropped Collins, instead he came out and merely stated he does not have a number one...

Possibly but why drop a keeper when we had found a winning formula.

Possibly and I think Collins and Kitching may have had a dabble also.

Get that clown out of goal

If you are unable to recognise the difference between being Liverpool's reserve keeper, second to a keeper capped by Brazil over 60 times and being Accrington's reserve keeper you obviously do not know too much about the great game.

Robins has taken us as far as he can.

It is not one sided, Robins has plenty in the bank, his reputation is now greater than at any point in his managerial career, at times he has over achieved but post the January 2024 transfer window there have been occasions when he is has come across as irritated and frustrated. Perhaps Robins...
