I'm sure who pays the bills is immaterial and a relationship between the two entities and not just cause for claiming title but it is all about who holds the contracts / legal documents. Take the scenario of renting a house. If you can't pay the rent, but someone else offers to pay the rent...

Would everyone who replied to the survey say on here whether they said Yes or No to the key playing outside Coventry area? It'd be interesting how many people responded and what the answer to the obvious reason the survey was sent out.

But surely 10-12k at Ricoh is better than 2.5k at away from Ricoh from a turnover %age and amount of wages we can pay? I fear if we move we will drop out of l1 into l2 or lower under FFP rules alone

Surely if we move and crowds dwindle as reported, the FFP which we are using as the reason for wanting reduced rent / more match day revenue will actually become less and therefore our 60% FFP would actually be less than staying at the Ricoh and paying the £400k that is on the table? But...

Re: have never actually said anything was transferred just that it has always been CCFC H that pays the bills This will never stand up in any legal court (IMO.... from experience). Just because you pay the bill on behalf of a third party (IE CCFC Ltd being the third party), it doesn't...
