Its nothing to do with Allsopp - the defence is woeful as is the midfield at defending.

The defence is woeful and Allsop is OK?

No he is even more woeful.

I went to the Bristol game on Saturday came out of there saying we are facing relegation, we don't concede good goals every goal that goes in against us is just plain and simple shit defending. Couple that with the fact we create half chances at best and it's going to be a very long season, this is what happens when you rebuild your squad every season with lesser quality players than the year before.

We're shit end off

He hardly inspires confidence though, does he? We've been lucky to have been blessed with decent keepers in recent years, despite those who claimed that Dunne should play instead of Murphy.

That's a very key part of a keeper's make up. Instill confidence in your back four by showing command and authority.

Allsop shows neither. Even if he is not responsible for individual goals at times, he looks nervous and edgy and that has to give the dfence the jitters.

One of the poorest halfs of football I've ever seen, we didn't deserve to score the one. The players are not capable of playing this formation and Presley seems determined to try to force it. Instead of changing the formation, he brings in Barton who he wanted rid of and we are playing with arguably our 5th and 6th choice strikers. I'm sorry but if he isn't willing to realise what doesn't work then it may be time to go. Add on to that the inability to defend and deal with a long ball, this is going to be one long hard season. Can't help think that the right manager could get so much more out of this squad we have.

Agree on your last point, no way should this team be losing 6 games out of 7 against such rank poor opposition, PNE and Brizzle excluded.

It's very worrying the amount of goals we are giving away to the long ball. 2 against Crawley, 1 against Bristol and once again tonight.

Not sure, but all is forgiven! The diamond was better than this.........right?

Not really. More than likely we'd be winning 1-0 at half time and then concede 2 goals in the last 2 minutes. Then have the pleasure of watching him wobble over to the away fans and punching the air.

I have a theory on why SP likes to field a team majority If not entirely Kids .

I don't think he can man manage Senior players in the same manner ,JMO.

As it stands table has us in the bottom 4.

Good job we only have Peterborough at home on Saturday isn't it.

Has Allsop actually made a decent save at any point this season? Get Burge in, at least we'd be giving our own player some experience.

Surely we haven't managed to make a deal with Bournemouth where they get our best player and we're forced to play their rubbish.

I am being deadly serious when I say that I can't remember him making a save or doing anything positive whatsoever in his pathetic loan spell thus far. Worst keeper we have had in my lifetime (29 years if you're wondering)

Depressing.

Taking the positives, we can't end up bottom tonight (well, unless we don't let another 10 in).
