Digital Season Ticket Issue Thread (3 Viewers)

Anyone heard more on the ticket forwarding? the article the other day said "Guidance on how to nominate supporters, along with how-to guides and FAQs, will be shared on Monday." but ive not saw anything new. Theres no forward option available on the ticket site at the moment from what I can see but there is a new forward Pending tab. 1788858953566.webp
 
At this rate we'll have similar issues to Hull. Exchange still not open - the reason for this is that every couple of days, after showing as sold out, a few new seats in block 5 come available. This is because they can't sell them as corporate for the Haas experience thing. Nobody wants to pay £180 to sit in block 5 - just bin it off or move those seats into the main corporate area so at least those people have a proper experience and some sort of lounge access. hopefully once they shift they are the final few and they can open the exchange. Hopefully will be ok by Sunday and they will update on the ticket forwarding today. It's all a bit odd though.

Same maybe will they will only make it available if game sells out which I thought it was.

Supposed to have instructions yesterday, let’s hope something comes out today. They obviously realise it’s important to supporters.
Probably still working on how to do it. Can’t believe they would put supporters as low priority.
 
Sorry if this has already been asked but I looked at my Google wallet today for my season ticket and CCFC was not in my current passes but had been archived. I know I can access it by going into the archive but can I “unarchive” it to my current passes? Or does it really matter?
 
My season ticket in my google wallet had changed to show Brighton, but has disappeared now.
 
mine did that too

its been moved into "passes"

there is an option to move it back
 
The tickets dated so should appear in your favourites on the day, at least that's how my train tickets and stuff work on my android.

Has everybody already got BHA ticket showing?
My lad got his yesterday but all I’ve got is the archive image from the Hull game.

I guess it's valued on the exchange as an individual match but season ticket costs you somewhere lower, which seems fair enough to me,of course It's if that's a problem idk!

If they sell your ticket there should be the option for you to have the money in cash, even if it’s not the whole amount. Or you can spend the value on food/drink like you could last year. That’s the problem I have with it.

Mine did this too. If you're on Android it had dropped into archived passes. I had to go to Google wallet and click on 'view more passes' and it was in the archived passes section. If you click it you can unarchive it.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but if I can’t make a game, can you forward a season ticket to a person in your network that hasn’t purchased a Cov home ticket membership for this season?

yeah as long as you select them as one of your nominated 5 people and the have an account with the club or make one

Yeah...ball ache... goes into the "passes" area of wallet for some reason...easy to move back but fuck knows why it does it
 
So once I nominate these 5 people I can't give my ticket to anyone outside of that for the whole season ?

Because it's a pass...

A pass that's useless until the time specified on it.

I don't get why everyone wants it visible? Think of it like the physical ticket last season, you have it at the back of your wallet with cards you actually use ahead of it.

Twice for me! It's effin google wallet!! Don't happen on the iPhone! I have to go to unarchive it to put it back. Looks like 72 hrs to me. God help us on Sunday! Some of our elder gentlemen wont know its not there until they get to the turnstile🤔🤔🤔
