Digital Season Ticket Issue Thread (3 Viewers)

Received mine but not my sons - and both ST’s were assigned to the one device.
Sorted - Got my tech team onto it and although not obvious, his ST was included in the email I received at 1.03 am today.
Download my ST to my device but then forwarded the email to his email and he was able to stick it in his wallet.
Thing is the club had no previous knowledge of his email account.

Yesterdays email mentioned season ticket as does the CCFC online ticket reference to my membership number
I am not concerned as have been a season ticket in there ( in its various guises) for many seasons but seems a strange way to administer "match by match" when they could issue a season long ticket ( albeit digital) like in previous seasons.

If it's the season ticket, it will just update after the Hull game to say Brighton.

Doesnt mention season ticket on the digital ticket. Does yours ?
Just my seat number, supporter number and Game name Hull Shitty.

But what they haven’t say was that season ticket holders will have to download a ticket before every home game.

That’s the confusion.

Most of us assumed we’d keep a season ticket in our wallet for the duration of the season and that would work for every home game.

Not download a new ticket every week.

I don’t think we do. I think the ticket for the next game will appear in our wallet. Not an expert on all the NFC stuff but I love the convenience of it all. No need for a bag ever again at the match. Just my phone in my pocket.

Christ how big was your season ticket? :ROFLMAO:

As you suggest might just automatically update for Brighton game etc etc
A lot of "Big Brother" technology if they can access your mobile without need for another download

I’m surprised they are still insisting on the 3 turnstiles (which anyways ends up being two) for west stand entrance it was chaos last season

I have a season ticket in the Balcony Bar and only received a ticket for tomorrow
Is everyone the same around the ground or just the BB
Have what are now Frontman tickets. Appears to be the same. I’m not sure if next ticket appears after first match scanned, or you need to download matches on a game by game basis. From what I can tell I’ve been sent same info as regular, non-transferable tickets. Stressing only download to device you expect to use.

No info how to transfer to guests - which is obviously allowed and we were promised before - so no idea what to do. Do I forward email? But that’s not a phone that will be used again.

Phone lines all down. Sent email, no answer yet.

They’re not cheap this year, and we weren't given easy route to transfer to regular seats, becoming hospitality prisoners really.

First world problems I guess, but pretty poor communication.

Christ almighty some of this is painful.

For reference, I *think* the ticket will auto select based on location but if not then there’s a fairly obvious visual prompt on the phone screen (that being the ticket hasn’t appeared!). If my thought process is right then you’ll even get a constant notification appearing to open your ticket, so you’ll need to tap that and it’ll do the rest for you.

Is that the Google version? Mine in my Apple Wallet also doesn’t reference ‘Season Ticket’ but I know it’ll update regardless. Anyone who doesn’t get it, just imagine that the steward on the gate hands you the ticket for the next match when you leave. That’s all that’s happening essentially.

1984 mate. Soon they will introduce these 15 minute cities everywhere and half the fanbase will be forced into going to Nuneaton games instead

Looks like it will be really easy to use. Looking at the pass details on apple wallet, it default selects the "Automatic Selection" option which basically means that you do not need to open your wallet (or even unlock your phone) to use it, just hold the phone up to the reader as you did the season cards.

It also defaults to "Suggest on Lock Screen" so as soon as you take your phone out of your pocket, it will be there and you can just tap it and unlock your phone and it will be open in your wallet.

Good thing is, they have made it easy by releasing the tickets the day before! Careful posting the truth on here, you'll get called " a liar" or a whiny bitch.

We only got these Legends lounge tickets because I went with an elderly relative who has mobility issues and is now also a carer for wife. Had them since League 1 and then later League 2 days when they were pretty affordable. He can’t go to all the games now, and as we were not allowed to transfer easily to regular season tickets (and never offered a PL package option), I decided to bite the bullet and meet a 60% cost increase so he could still go occasionally, reconciling myself with the comfort that I can at least transfer to friends etc.

I know I won’t get any sympathy on here, but I’m ducking out of work meetings to try and sort out because I promised someone a ticket and can’t get in touch with anyone.

It is very poor really - £1600 a ticket was quite a lot to me!

I am sympathetic. Irony, the names I have been called, for pointing out the madness, tickets, one day before

If I click on the 3 dots above the ticket in my Apple wallet it describes it as “Coventry City v TurnstileTest 2627”

How did this message get into my phone screen????

I’m onto you Burnham! I am NOT. A number!!!

They have provided no instructions how to do this at all. Just sent same email as to everyone else saying only load to phone you intend to use.

They said a couple of weeks ago they would provide details how to do this. This has not been sent. What I have received is the same as you. Do I forward the season ticket email? I suspect not.

All phone lines down, including dedicated hospitality one.

No info how to transfer to guests
Just to check, looking on the website it says you can transfer your guests tickets, which to me implies if you have multiple tickets (eg: you're a company) you can transfer the additional tickets. Did they actually say you can transfer your own ticket? Hopefully people aren't going to get caught out by semantics.

Anyway, it may not be enabled yet, and it may not work this way this is just a guess, but try:
  1. Login to your ticketing account at eticketing.co.uk/ccfc
  2. Click the little person icon in the top right
  3. There's a couple of places this could potentially work from, either on the first menu that comes up click the relevant game under 'your next game' or click view account menu > ticketing > manage tickets and select the game there
  4. With a bit of luck you then see 'forwarding' or something similar where you can select who you want to send the ticket to. Will probably need to confirm but something along those lines.

If you tap the ticket in your wallet and tap pass details you can see the settings. If you have “Automatic Selection” enabled then when you hold your phone near the turnstile it will automatically bring up the ticket.

My mate is at creamfields this weekend so cant make it, I have said i will take his son along to the match with my son - im going to have to download his season ticket to my phone when it finally comes through and then head ticket office next week to get it on his phone for the next match...

Should defo be an easi

My only worry on this is, if you have sent it to someone else to download to their wallet for the Hull game, once that game is over, will you still be able to download the link to your wallet again
