25 years of hurt over (15 Viewers)

This means so much to us all as a fan base that has been through what we have, the many lows and then the highs of recent seasons.

I was 4 when city won the cup in 87 and all I remember was my dad going crazy in the living room, and me thinking I want some of that. I've been hooked since.

I also have an added hatred of Leicester. I know it's a strong word and set of emotions but my uncle who lived in Leicester at the time we got relegated gave it all the Coventry is going down blah blah. Lost all respect for him that day 25 years ago. Oh how the tables have turned! Seeing them on the brink of relegation to league 1 and us going back up to the Premier League makes it so much better on a personal level.

If some one AI savvy enough to generate an image of Lampard smoking a cigar, us going up and showing Leicester going down, with captions along the lines of "If Carlsburg did football seasons..." then please be my guest 🙂

Enjoy it fellow Sky Blues, We're back in the big time!!!

Is it just me or has it not quite sunk in yet, maybe when the hangover wears off, looked at league table And we’ve got the P next to us, but thought I’d be absolutely buzzing ?

I woke up this morning singing Bobby Thomas… I had to double check it really happened 😂

Yeah I found it a bit strange. Right bag of emotions. I was excited all day, then flat with us losing and playing scrappy but was a mix of ecstatic and buzzing by the end but also calm - because it’s been coming, jubilant - because we snatched a late goal to do it but a bit relieved it was over and done. Not sure this makes sense.

To be fair, if I had been in the away end last night I’d have gone mental so it was probably that.

so fuck knows but anyway, we are premier league!

maybe when we win the league against Wrexham it’ll sink in, must admit had a tear watching Lampard get emotional after the game, we’ve got the P, now we need the C
