Based off these articles and the Coventry Observer article it appears that Les Reid of Nov-2013 is saying something different to the comments made by Les Reid of Jan-2015.
Maybe Les Reid should attack Les Reid for misleading reports.
This appears to be an anti-Lucas standpoint based upon one piece of evidence which is being interpreted in a way to support the viewpooint. The key phrase is:
The letter states: "In any scenario we need a freehold or clean restriction-free long lease."
What is a "clean restriction-free long...

But why was he sent on gardening leave?
Was the departure related to SISU/CCFC or some other reason?
I believe he also turned up in court during the JR.
What is he doing now?
Les Reid seemed to suddenly disappear from the Telegraph and I don't think it was ever explained (or did I miss it?)

There was a meeting of the society, with a third party, and minutes were not kept. If minutes were kept then they were not circulated, although not circulating is not a breach of the rule.
Irrelevant of the rules, I would have thought the SBT have an obligation to communicate to the members.

If they do not follow their own constitution then they cannot be trusted.

I try to keep uptodate on news but I do not recall seeing a statement from ACL regarding the payments received from the Football League or regarding the decision by SISU (and others) to appeal the Judicial Review decision.
Does anyone have the details of the ACL statements?
The original line was that the investors could and would fund any losses incurred by moving to Northampton for 3 to 5 years, this funding was confirmed by the Football League.
You appear to be stating that the investors can no longer fund the move so someone has provided misleading information...
