Disgusting isn't strong enough to describe what he has done. There is apparently camera footage and so he should be easily identified and reported to the police

A lot of people sing a out people being in a box. Scottish fans sang it about the queen, loads of people about Thatcher and probably countless others.
Just think it's not exactly the same but we always sing Jimmy sent you down. I know it's not celebrating a death, but it is sung exactly to get a reaction

What I'm saying is that it is just a moment of silliness, "made an example of" for momentarily showing a picture of somebody to football fans. The pearl clutching is off the scale.
