As we all know 🩵Season ticket holders have seats reserved for certain games.

Season Ticket Holders: For Purchasing Cup and Friendlies Match Tickets

The other thing you need to do is tell people you are buying theirs because they will wonder why they can’t purchase if they are able to access the ground seating plan….i did that but my son had already prurchased ours.

To purchase your reserved tickets on the Coventry City FC website, follow these exact step-by-step instructions.

Step 1: Log In and Access Reservations
  1. Navigate to the official CCFC e-Ticketing Portal.
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner and enter your email/Supporter Number and password.
  3. Click on the Profile Icon (your name) in the top right corner to view your account details.
  4. Look for a notification box or red dot indicating Reserved Seats or Tickets on Hold on your main dashboard screen. [1, 2, 3]
Step 2: Manage and Link Your Network (If buying for others)
If you are buying a reserved seat that belongs to a friend or family member, they must first grant you permission: [1]
  1. Go to your account menu and click My Network on the right side.
  2. Click Search for existing users and enter their Supporter Reference Number and surname. Click Select to add them.
  3. Once added, click the dropdown arrow on their name bar, select "I can MANAGE tickets for [Name]", and click Send Request.
  4. The other person must log into their own account to accept your request. Once accepted, their reserved ticket will show up on your dashboard. [1, 2]
Step 3: Assign and Check Out
  1. Check the box next to the reserved seat(s) you wish to purchase on your account dashboard and click Add to Basket.
  2. Go to your shopping basket. Use the dropdown menu next to each seat to ensure the correct age concession (e.g., Adult, Junior, Senior) is applied.
  3. If managing multiple tickets, use the Assign To dropdown to allocate each ticket to the unique Supporter ID of the person attending.
  4. Review your basket and click Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Select Debit/Credit Card, enter your payment details, and complete your secure transaction. [1, 2]
  • Do you need to look up a Supporter Number for someone in your network?
  • Are you getting an error message when attempting to check out?
  • Are you purchasing these as part of a Season Ticket renewal?
