No new contract at Lancs for Sir Jimmy

Not sure about that one. I get they had a shit season and they're doing the whole building for the future things but he had some of the best figures in the county championship and I would have thought invaluable experience to pass on to the younger players.

Already speculation of where he might sign but I can't really see him going elsewhere. CC is a slog at the best of times, is he really going to want to add months away from home or hours of travel daily to that slog?

A lucrative TV or radio contract surely beckons.

Think we might be in with a shout in this one!

Thats an absolutely honking over from Sam Curran! Reckon I couldve delivered less short and wide balls than that!

He was going at around 10 and over. No idea why we persisted with him

Bit of a disaster to lose after posting over 429 in a one day international

hmmmm

You have to still think we might win this.Their luck might run out and they some edges that carry.

Yeah, maybe.

Still in with a shout.

Abysmal effort from the bowlers. Don't care what the wicket it is - you should be defending that score. Genuinely don't get how Curran gets into the 50 over team - his record is bang average at best, he's a liability at worse

In domestic cricket, he represents Surrey

[Terry Gibson's perm]

I’m don’t think much of either if the Currans the most overrated cricketers in England if not the world

[tisza]

odds on them choking and throwing this one away????

Fair play to Pakistan there, amazing stuff.

Even the crowd had given up and gone home!

Poor captaincy for me. Wrap the game up don't just assume the number 11 is an easy wicket anyone can pick up.

Century for City fan Josh Inglis

386 and still looks like we could lose this one. wouldn't trust any of these bowlers if it goes to the final overs

If they do it now they'll be some great cricket 10 an over for 20 over should not be on.

[thekidfromstrettoncamp]

Sam Curran cocked up then.

[tisza]

got away with one there. These quicks bowl way too many poor balls - all series.
