Transfer Rumour Summer Transfer Window 2026 (45 Viewers)

It raises a valid point though. We are a very “nice” team. Grimes and Kitching have a bit of edge but apart from that we seem quite placid
Both top pros who wouldn’t think twice about doing some of the stupid show-boating shite THB has done recently. What he said to Ayling and his celebration v Boro was fucking embarrassing. There’s being ‘tough’ and there’s being a twat.

He’s a twat.

That's 15:50 with a 1 minute advert in front of it on my podcast app but this will vary between platforms.

Take the advert off and 15:50 they were talking about Cherif and he made some comment about the Constantinople connect.

Could be we're going shopping back in Turkey. If so, Jerome Opoku at Basaksehir is another fucking huge (6'5) centre back. He's left footed and also plays LB so ticks

Not sure we would let him out on loan.

Can't Coventry offer him to Burnley straight swap for Zian Flemming, just a thought

Fair to say that I think some of the new signings are capable of mixing it

Seem to remember Hamer getting plenty stuck in, with the suspensions to back it up! Sure Onyeka is no shrinking violet either - not a comment on the 3rd kit btw

Not really talking about posturing handbags crud. More the must win at all costs mentality.

Towards the end of the interview is the bit about the player who played under Jose that Frank has asked his opinion on.

He’s such a likeable bloke - really genuine - just the way he opens / closes the interview, with humility and gratitude.

Great ambassador for the club, and hopefully a few neutrals will be cheering us on this season as a result.

The “afters” at the end of the game at Southampton was one of my favourite moments of last season. Screamed “fucking have it” when Lampard was giving it loads. Was watching it whilst visiting Mum and Dad who looked on disapprovingly. I’m 50 years old.

Could Ben Davies be a shout? 33, left back and can fill in left centre back if needed, heaps of experience and was managed by Jose at spurs?

He missed a lot last season through injury.

Moore is excellent, but losing him 3 times in 1 game is inexcusable for a CH with PL experience.

We weren't at our best thats true, but we still scored 2 goals away from home and would of taken something from the game had it not been for Woolfenden's abject performance (which also cost us our unbeaten record)

Im struggling to remember such a shit performance from a single defender in all my years following the club, and trust me there's been some real howlers in there,
Including the second half performance against Southampton away in 1984 where the game was 0-0 at half time and we let in 8 goals in 45 minutes!
I dunno. I still have periodic flashbacks to some of the games Colin Hendry played for us.

Have we really reached a point in civilisation where people are asking Chat GPT for transfer rumours? I’m glad I’m 50. And a functioning alcoholic.

It’s everywhere. I swear people can’t write their name and date without ChatGPT. Apparently where my Mrs works they all use it. Are people really that useless?

Glad all these people are copying and pasting ChatGPT outputs. It’s not like just anyone can access chatbots. Really adding value guys.

'shmmeee' is using heavy sarcasm to criticize other forum members who are generating their posts using AI (like ChatGPT) and pasting the raw output into the discussion.
Here is a breakdown of exactly what they mean:
The Sarcasm: By saying "It's not like just anyone can access chatbots. Really adding value guys," the poster is pointing out that AI tools are freely available to everyone. Therefore, copy-pasting an AI's generic response into a community discussion doesn't contribute any unique insight, personal opinion, or actual value.
"Meat Proxy": This is a creative, slightly dystopian insult.
Meat refers to a human being (flesh and blood).
Proxy refers to a server, agent, or middleman that passes information back and forth.
The meaning: A "meat proxy" is a human whose only function in the conversation is acting as a biological copy-paste tool for a machine. The poster is telling people to share their actual human thoughts rather than acting as a pointless middleman for an AI's output.

And generations before said the same thing when typewriters appeared. Then again when home computers became prevalent. AI is just a tool like everything else. Used properly it's a helpful asset, used incorrectly it's a liability.

Some guesses
Benfica possibles: Araujo, Schjelderup, Dahl
Roma possibles: Ndicka, Abraham, Smalling, Zalewski
Fenerbache : Oosterwolde (seems the most likely)

Proper AI is the final tool. But this is a topic for elsewhere.
