Over the years we've had solid colours, stripes, halves, quarters, contrasting sleeves, jaquered patterns, and fades. The away kits have also included chequered patterns.

I think the only style we've never worn is hoops.

So, other than hoops, anything they do is going to be a variation on what's gone before.

Bristol City are a club that sticks fairly rigidly to a basic home kit, with only the trim changing. And some of their fans complain about that.

There's a difference between a remake and a variation.

Pretty sure for PL matches all clubs have to use the PL font.

You may be right about league matches. But this was Man City in what I think was the charity shield.


So we may see a return to our custom font for cup games.

Yeah that none PL numbering will be friendlies and cup games.
It’s the new font they’ve designed for the “COV” theme. Matches everything at shop, CBS etc
At least it’s bespoke

Going to order a home shirt - what's the sizing of them like? I'm a L in the pro version of last season's kit but an M for the recent replicas - is it correct that the sizing of the pro shirts is bigger this season?

Sizing much more generous this season. I borderline needed a large last year but reckon I could have almost got away with a small this year.

They’ve been done by the sponsor there. No betting companies means sponsors can take the piss a bit. Bournemouth would never have gone for this usually, they’d palm it off to some Asian betting website. Looks like it was a choice between Vitality and a blank front and Vitality knew that and has stitched them right up

Their home is even worse...
It's like the sponsor came first and then they built a kit around it.



At least the Monzo sponsor has complimented our home kits fairly well last few seasons.

A couple of weeks back Dawkins posted a photo of a rack of matchworn shirts with the Hamer 22/23 away one prominent.

Yeah definitely. Crystal Palace with Macron or probably Sunderland are the best home kits this season imo

Very odd kits for alot of clubs.

Ours though is odd, ive not bought one as dont like stripes but the kits ive seen close up seem to have different shades of blue stripes on some shirts, some are a bit lighter others a bit darker.

Ah fair enough. I've not see how their fans have reacted, but I thought the design was nice.
I think it's based on an older kit of a similar design?

Think I saw my first one coming out of the Espanyol game, it was the Monzo colour which gave it away. The fakes are red

Just been and got the girls home shirts with print etc , got home theres blue marks on the white stripes where the print machine has heated the colour through anybody else had this

Reckon its not been perfectly straight on the machine and was folded and the heat has pressed the colour through

I bought an adults shirt with prem patch, but the patch looks like they put a kids one on.
