Hyam and Doyle....it could have been you ! then
Sheaf injured again, injured again, you've got your own special bed
I wouldn't include Hyam in that, a for sale by Sisu.

Jeering players, I don't think is fairJeering is bad form. None of those players really had a choice whether they came or went.
Lampard probably sanctioned selling Sheaf off because we got a good price for a player who is starting to miss a lot of game time. He’s still a top Championship midfielder, just not compared to Grimes or Onyeka, who basically cost us £1.5m if you view his arrival as offsetting Sheaf’s departure.
Hyam certainly didn’t force a move and Doyle was a loan player. The only player it really applies to is COH because he left to join a team with better prospects of promotion and we got their first. Hamer could maybe be added to the list but he left to play for a PL side at the time - his heart is probably still at Cov.
To cover it because Wasps were going bust.
Sheaf celebrated like they had won the league in the away game though. Fitting that he will be injured for this one.
We sang that too him at Incester when we went 1 nil up. Unfortunately Dewesbury - Hall scored 2 second half, we lost and looked like twats.Saving it for the Wrexham game, yeah like the sound of that. Callum Doyle it could have been you.![]()
I agree with nearly all of it. But Sheaf?Jeering is bad form. None of those players really had a choice whether they came or went.

I don't think he was great.Sheaf was a great player for us but he was very injury prone and to get 6 million (alledgedly) for him was great and banter goes on all the time, ie your shit ahhhhhh , top of the league you're having a laugh etc etc
Hyam especially played a huge part for us: at a time when we can afford to be magnanimous, he deserves a warm reception.Jeering is bad form. None of those players really had a choice whether they came or went.
Nope. Sundayif we win today, and then champs, would the trophy be there tonight?
is that thought? or confirmed?Nope. Sunday
Esse won't play much now, he showed early promise but just is not at the level. He has so much potential but just annoys the hell out of me with all the silly tricks and gives it away all the time. I can't really argue with his work rate though to be fair.I'd like to see Markelo get some decent minutes tomorrow. Esse won't be here next year.
The whole respecting your former team thing is nearly always a bit inconsistent.I agree with nearly all of it. But Sheaf?
Grimes scores against his old club and doesn't celebrate the goal. Wrexham beat us and Sheaf celebrated like he beat us all by himself. Respect goes both ways.
It's standard practice to award the trophy at the last home game where possible.is that thought? or confirmed?
Just a kidNot thinking bout work much today
Im 54 years old ffs
Just seen a tiktok of a fireworks company on the roof of the CBS installing fireworks for later today!
Going to be a special atmosphere![]()
Got a link?
What happens if we don't win though?
Guess it'll be pre-game to celebrate promotion?

We do/would get Champions banners tonight though I believe - a similar thing to Friday, then the podium/trophy on Sunday...Nope. Sunday
Think they'd be missing next season if they were tempted onto the pitch? We do/would get Champions banners tonight though I believe - a similar thing to Friday, then the podium/trophy on Sunday...
So a reason to stay off the pitch tonight if we win!!
We have a much better team than them and they have lost 2 important players to hamstrngs.Anticipating a very tough game; Portsmouth were very impressive against both Leicester and Ipswich, are in strong form and have incredible work ethic and team spirit. I think if they take the lead we'll really struggle to get back in the match, and their fans will be fired-up and loud as they always are.
God, I want a win tomorrow. Imagine clinching the title at the CBS with time to spare, a phenomenal end to the greatest season of all of our lives. I'll take a scrappy 1-0 all day long.
CBS/Paramount+Anyone know how I can watch this in US ? Which channels show EFL?
Going to be in a sports bar in St Petersburg FL. Try to persuade them to put it on.
