You question established authority and institutions, favoring significant systemic change and individual freedom.

Not sure that’s wholly accurate, wouldn’t say I favour significant systemic change although somes needed but fair enough

Some shocking results on here 😊

I'd recommend going for that natural stuff, organic, and unbleached bread rice sugar etc although obviously shouldn't really be recommending the last one, but bugger it,and that goes for anything!
I don't think much of bread or rice either.

If you buy a glucose meter and test various foods about an hour and 2 hours after eating you'll see how Bread and Rice cause glucose spikes but meat, fish, cheese don't have that effect.

It’s frightening and why people need to try to spend some time checking what’s in stuff (even if just what sugar, salt and sat fat they’re eating, the preservatives etc almost needs a scientist although I just take it that the more unnatural ingredients in something the worse it probably is for me) and then get some fresh fruit and veg in diet*

The U.S. is even worse, especially with colourings, preservatives etc. For all the stick he gets and rightly so with some of the established vaccine stuff, RFK appears to be trying to address this over there. Bold move considering all the lobbying cash but needs sorting looking at the state of their population. We’re not far off though health wise though

Good luck to anyone trying to get healthier though, it’s not easy and will take time but even if you don’t necessarily see the results on the outside, exercise and better eating will no doubt be helping you on the inside - hope that doesn’t sound preachy, it’s not meant to

*I still eat more than my share of crap, go on the odd bender still but try to balance it out a bit
It’s hard to take him seriously when shortly after the election he was sitting around a table on a plane stuffing himself with McDonalds.

Clearly his main aim and agenda is to be anti-vax.

What he actually says is he wants to make the USA healthier using evidence based analysis.

How many vaccine injections do you think the CDC currently recommends for children up to 18?
In some states this is mandatory and there is no exception in order to attend public school (it varies by state of course).
Some states require more than even the CDC recommendations.

It’s a country where the surgeon general has no medical license. Let’s just leave it there.

Regarding vaccinations we now have had a child die of measles in the uk due to low take rates in Liverpool

It’s just idiotic. Before Covid I’d only ever met 2 people who were no vax and they were both off their heads.

There’s a huge constituency for “this thing that’s happening that no one likes is actually avoidable and is because of evil politicians”. Once vaccination became a thing everyone had to do any answer that claimed they didn’t have to get over, let’s be honest here, their fear of needles, would be popular. Same as climate denial so people don’t have to face the frankly horrible idea we’re making our planet unlivable for no good reason or that the modern world is hard and Polticians can’t impact much so we get stories of shadowy cabals that are really running the world so we feel someone is in control.

Incremental Left, whatever that is.
