We had this the other week. Praising people who had worked 17 hours in the day. WTF

Brooklyn Beckham and the obsession about him falling out with his family. Really could not give 2 shits.
I like looking at the daily mail sometimes to see how the others think. Everyday its around Brooklyn Beckham, Meghan Markle and the Obama's impending "Divorce" that theyve been saying for the last 5 years

how everyone says happy friday when youre in work.

it would be a happy friday if i was sat on the beach in the bahamas with a mojito, not logging in to work for 8 hours.

People who decide to wait until they've gotten to the barrier to find their train ticket
Just our train system in general. I try and use trains where I can rather than driving everywhere but it's a battle.

Supposed to be going to London today and once again its absolute chaos and a string of cancelled & delayed trains.

Heading up to Sheffield next weekend for a stag do. £60 on the train per head or maybe £20-£30 between 3 of us to drive. Mad.

If you have someone not drinking its a no brainer.

I had the same. Trip down to london with mates to visit a mate who had moved there. Cost us £15 each to drive and park overnight.

Yep. The common experience of knowing even before you've left the house you've spent somewhere between 1.5-5x more than it would have cost to drive and park, and that's even before you have to deal with the crowds, the delays, the cancellations, the replacement buses etc

Another one for trains. Would happily get the train to Cov and back, I go fairly often to see family and obviously for the football but it's £63 open return or £55 return. Driving is £20 for a round trip

Yeah we should really build out some kind of high speed capacity upgrade through the spine of the country and make rail travel quicker and more affordable. Nah silly idea.
