Look at that total guys, we just smashed £6k with another amazing donation from the Allsopp family.

Shmmeee and I have a brief interview to BBC CWR on the Vic Minnett show this morning, not had chance to listen yet but they were really positive about the fans and what is being achieved with all the donations.

We tried for 10k to MK, is it an impossible dream to have £10k to help others out with payday approaching?

What a fan base, we may not always agree, that’s football, but we do come together to show we care and want to help others.

Amazing news. Thanks for all the hard work in sorting this.

Hopefully more press pick up on this and we can make it to 10k

I wonder if the St Andrews move is making people more likely to donate than last year.
Maybe although it was a late thought of mine last year and didn’t have chance to run with it fully and the promotion from some individuals with this on Twitter this year where they have a decent number of followers is immense and making a difference.

Anyone have the contact details for Christian Horner?

Fair play to Schmmee and MMJ for working with CWR as well to raise exposure.

I don't want to push it but I think 10k is doable with payday coming up as well!

How many nominations have there been?

Maybe a silly question but, how will it be decided which family's will get the help with season tickets?

At the minute people are submitting nominations, last year I think every person managed to be helped so I don't think it was an issue.

MMJ will go through them with the help a few people who have nominated / donated / helped him to try and work out who can be helped I think.

Up to 21 on the form so far. Haven’t looked at them yet that’s just the total responses.

You are not, you were fantastic with the link and what it meant to you, they originally talked about it being on at 10:15 but as the pre recorded it they could have played at any time, will try to find later on tonight.
The telegraph are going to run another story on it as they said they haven’t had such a good news story like this before, he is going to include the donation link and the nomination link again Andy if it gets close to £10k, they will run another again at that point.
Will look to send Christian Horner that email later but he may be busy with some racing this weekend

Can I just say again that MMJ kindly offered one to my son and I last year as I still wasn't working full-time after the leukaemia thing - with help from my Dad though I was sorted so didn't need one of MMJ's.

When we are looking at the nominations, could we look closely at fans who were in similar positions to myself? Not just those who are unemployed, etc. Anyone who has experienced cancer or any other kind of health shock would be absolutely elated to be given a ticket. For many people in that position, you cannot work, so the most important thing is paying the bills and putting food on the table, "luxuries" such as season tickets are way down the list. For me, the normality of a football match with my son was just as important as all the drugs they pumped into me.

#PUSB and all that.

I think they are the exact type of person it's all about. I know one last year had just had heart surgery and couldn't work! Would much prefer that to somebody who had pissed their money up the wall and just wanted a freebie!
