Who said anything about manifesto's? So the current labour leadership and momentum is not left wing in its views?
That was my question......McCluskey,Hatton,Corbyn,McDonnell the dream team.
Don't you lot ever want to be in power? When was the last time a socialist party were voted in? Think I was a junior school,People can see through their policies its not the 1970's anymore they don't wash with the working man!!

Oh I have no issue with ‘left of centre’. It is, because funnily enough the Labour Party should be that.

It’s evidence for ‘hard left’ I want.

3 policies

Why they are far left

So basically it’s an organisation that has a few faults like any other and it isn’t really some malevolent dictatorship

God knows our own political establishment has made a mockery of the law many more times.
I don't trust the EU. I don't trust the Tory government. The British politicians are a joke.

Two comments are allowed. One isn't. Guess which one isn't.

Which of their 70s policies in particular do you disagree with and which of the current governments policies do you think are more progressive?

I don’t disagree with either sentiment. The problem is we are very unlikely to get a world full of honest and selfless politicians so we must ask are the imperfections tolerable.

In my view the EU’s are less deep rooted than our own.

People that have very strong opinions about politics but very little actual knowledge are like posh people who like soccer.

No they tend to be people saying

‘Brexit means Brexit’

‘Will of the people’

‘Respect our democracy’

‘Jerry’s a Trot’

Right wingers are scrambling to find any way to distance themselves from the killer’s political views. His manifesto and beliefs are clearly inspired by leading right wing figures, some political some not
You can go through history and find individuals, groups and govts that have committed atrocities from all ends of the political spectrum.
Much like religion politics responsible for far too many deaths.

Trump, Bannon, Farage, + Fria Tiden und Breitbart...= right Wing atrocities. How many on here support or quote the aforementioned?

The EU was originally conceived out of the rubble of WWII to end all European wars. Brexit is conceived by right wingers and includes extreme right wingers, racists and dodgy businessmen to smash the EU and therefore allow the very forces that were responsible for WWII back on to the stage. No surprise that the killer in NZ supports Brexit.

Who is on the right side of history here?

How many atrocities are carried out by centrists?

You can indeed. In recent history, especially State side, right wing mass murderers have taken centre stage. Alongside socially conservative Islamic extremists.

Normally you post some reasonable stuff. Now you've lowered yourself to the same level as the more extreme Brexiteers you attack. If this is the level of debate we Could expect in a 2nd referendum maybe we shouldn't bother.

Thanks. But, propaganda, lies and deliberate button pushing is part and parcel of the people and organisations that I mentioned. At some point some nut will feel emboldened. That is the problem. Most won’t, but some but reading the comments and seeing the likes will think, yeah I am going to solve the problem and be a hero.

I mean somewhere on the internet- not here.

Not saying anyone on here would, but there are a few who should look at these sources and ask themselves wtf is going on.

Not really, the EU are approaching this as they should i.e. to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

That's unlike the privileged Tory tossers on the UK side who see every negotiation as a winner talks all deal to buy something.

the Trump way, still it's worked OK for them in business where they've built themselves up from nothing with only a multi million trust fund to start them off.

I think you are missing the point. We have suddenly a sign that takes us from 'take it or leave it' territory.

Slagging the tories is all very well, but what about Labour? All they want to do is get into Government & are manipulating Brexit as best they can to do so!

Slagging the tories is all very well because they have been in charge of the whole process.

Brexit is a disaster. It is not what was promised. It cannot make us better off under no deal or May‘s deal.

All that is left is clutching at straws in the hope that somehow it won’t be a total disaster and/ or finding people to blame. Labour, remainers, the EU, people who don’t believe enough.., whatever. The people I blame are the people who sold this idea of leaving the biggest trading bloc in the world without a „business plan“ or a concept of how leave should take form.

It’s hardly ‘a blink’ it’s more the EU trying to find a solution despite the incompetence of the UK government.

Nice attempt at a deflection onto Labour there too. Brexit is a mess that the Tory’s will be forever associated with.
